We have over 50+ years of experience in the industry and we take our business to the next level with the majority of our support staff being certified members, holding many designations through NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). All our Property Managers hold an active license with the state of Colorado and wisely act in your best interest.
Any individual providing management to more than 1 owner is required to have a Real Estate License from the State of Colorado. You will remain anonymous as we sign the lease on your behalf as your agent. A copy of the signed lease agreement will be placed in your owner portal for your records. For our select clients, we do have a sales team that may represent you and your home should you decide you would like to sell your home.

The property management doesn’t take our requests seriously. Requests that effect our ability to even live there. The house we live in is of very poor quality, which is more of the owners fault, but this tells me that the management company does not have any standards for the houses they manage. We have put in the same request multiple times with no response from a cut above.

It's amazing that this company is still in business. They are astonishingly incompetent at literally everything they are responsible for.
No running water? Good luck. Mine was out for over 5 months with little to no communication.
I currently have mold in my cabinets due to a leak that has yet to be fixed after two weeks. Don't expect to get any help for any issue with this company. Every negative review is true.

Runnnnnn. Kayla Gasper will lie to Misty to cover the fact that she did NOT do her job and she want easy money. She really is scamming in a way that is hard to detect by their RULES.
They are not to be trusted at alllllllll. Run and save yourself the headache. You pay them but you are the one still managing your property while they collect money. My husband had to drive hours back to Colorado Springs because (Kayla) did not do her job at all. I did not even know she was my new property manager until I called one day. She did not and has not been good at communication then sent me an email saying

I never had a problem until we moved out...and this has been a recurring theme with them apparently. We took VERY good care of the house..especially at move-out, but they used our deposit for things they shouldn't have (blinds that were already difficult, scuffs and marks that were already there and documented, extra cleaning services when we cleaned better than what we moved in to). I would say be VERY specific how you mark move-in/out inspections and take pictures/videos of everything. Unfortunately, you're already gone when they do their inspection and decide what they want to spend your deposit

From start to finish this company has been the worst company I have ever worked with in real estate. I have several years of property management experience at a corporate level and real estate training. Based off my experience, I would strongly discourage property owners to utilize them for their rental needs.
The application process aligns with a process utilized in the 1990's and their client care is a joke. I've lost over $300 working with them. When I read the reviews on Google it was not good. Their horrible reputation doesn't stop there, even the local credit union had said they'd heard

Was my property rented and rent collected? Yes.
Did they address my concerns as an owner or ensure the exterior of the property was well maintained? Absolutely not!
I should have learned my lesson and ended my contract with A Cut Above before allowing them to manage the property again. I decided to sell the property at the end of the my last lease and had issues in the past with tenants leaving the interior dirty or the yard in disarray. Yet again they let the yard degrade with bushes overgrown, weeds throughout the grass dead bushes. They collect comfortable sums to “drive

By far this is the worst Property Management company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. There lack of communication is on a level I have never seen before. Any repairs to your apartment you better plan to pay out of pocket for and not be reimbursed. These people cannot be trusted and will not contact you until after they charge you late fees.
I highly suggest you find yourself another property management company to go through. If it was possible to give no starts I would. Everything is a hassle with these people. Save yourself a headache and money by finding another company. I have
