I moved here few months ago. Since I’ve been here, I have been able to enjoy Baytown a lot more because of the central location to everything in Baytown.
This place has to be one of the top five apartments to stay. I recommend The Villas at Rollingbrook to people looking for a friendly safe environment for their families. The ladies in the office are very sweet ladies with positive attitudes. The maintenance crew responds most times the same day! Over all this place have been AMAZING!

Great property to call home. From Kathy, leasing agent, to maintenence they are all so easy to work with. The pool and clubhouse are enjoyable during summer months. The gym offers many different pieces of equipment and weights. Landscape is beautiful and kept up. Overall I have been very pleased living here.

Angie and her staff are the best. Their communication is top tier when it comes to events, maintenance, or weather warnings.
This is our first time going through hurricane season. We appreciate the text and emails of what the complex was going to do in anticipation and tips on how to have people prepare for the what if’s. I can confidently say that the staff here has made it that much easier of a transition for us. We truly appreciate this staff and this community. We are happy to call Villas at Rollingbrook home!

Living at Villas at Rollingbrook has been a superb experience. From the leasing staff to the maintenance personnel, everyone have been fantastic and very professional. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. Overall the community is safe, very clean, outstanding neighbors, pet friendly, gym, pool and community activities ( BBQ, blood donations, etc). So far great experience!

Love the staff! Very family oriented and always willing to help. Moved here from my home being flooded by Hurricane Harvey and have loved it ever since. The front office ladies Angie, Shannon and Kathy are the best. Couldn't ask for a better team...always making sure u have what u need. The maintenance manager, Jose, is always available and keeps things well maintained. The grounds are always so clean and I would recommend this complex to anyone.

The Apartments with all the premium to premium amenities that anyone could ask for!!! The leasing office staff Ms. Lacey, Shannon & Kathy are always on the edge to help their resident. This team is the best team I have seen in my 4 years of living. They are very accommodating to residents and always ready to help with any needs. Also, the property is well maintained with clean pool, landscaping, and plantations all around. Maintenance service is very quick and reliable.
