I am giving them two stars because in the end I got the apartment that I wanted at another complex. My first quote was 855 a month and it was inaccurate and we let expire because the wife and are busy working. Went back Monday and spoke with the manager and she quoted me 895 and with that quote I was informed that all the apartments will now have washer and dryers in the apartment and you have to take it even if you have your own set. Samantha is the one that give me my first quote and also the one that give me inaccurate information which she admitted too. In my opinion not a great way to start

From the day I had interest about moving into Raintree Apartments, Christi (Manager), Samantha and Flora (Staff) has been right beside me. They are awesome I tell ya! Readjusting from the military and being from Georgia; they understood, placed me in these great apartments, and ensured to provide nothing but the best and timely Service. The maintenance team is spot on as well. The complex is gated, very clean, I feel safe, and it’s usually pretty quiet how I like it. I don’t know what the previous reviews were about; my time here has been marvelous. I rarely post reviews, I highly recommend

This apartment complex doesn't deserve any stars. Be careful of signing your lease they will move you into a infected apartment. I've been staying here for 3 months and have had problems with roaches in the kitchen and everywhere in the apartment since day one .The day I received my keys there was dead roaches in the kitchen. I have posted on the community page just to see if other residents are having the same problem but I have been denied 2 times already. Just be careful is all I can say.

Im a Current resident here, I've been notjing but a good renter since I've been here, I've paid my rent every month long story short I responded to an email they sent stating I won't be renewing my lease since I heard nothing back I decided to call now they hit me with you will still be charged for another 60 days since I sent my email to an email they don't use for responses so you can email me about my lease but I can't email to the same email saying I won't be renewing my lease don't move here they are not never understanding about simple mistakes (human errors) they will penalties you for this
