Good morning/ Good evening to y'all 😁 I must say I just moved from one whole city to palms@baytown on Sep 1,2018 and for a great decision on my part I feel like I chose the perfect home when I first moved in because Mrs. Reyna is the nicest Apt manager and she accomidates you very well with knowing where it would be a good fit for you to be as in a 1 bed and 1 bath or 2bed and 2 bath etc. This is first time having a apt to myself, rent is great, my apt is nice, the apt manager is very professional, understanding , communicates with you, the maintenance get things done in a timely manner. Mrs Reyna is the apartment manager and she's the nicest woman to me. I'm a first time apartment owner and she made me feel very welcomed and certain this was my new home. The road has a history of being a violent crime area but since I moved in in April, I haven't had any issues at all. No one bothers me. Anytime I have an issue needing the maintence man, he is quick to come. Within 20 minutes he was done. She really cares for her tendants. I would recommend.
