It’s okay but the water is literally turned off EVERY MONTH. Sometimes even twice a month. & nothing gets taken off rent or this for this major inconvenience because it’s off for all day and sometimes it’s not even a notice before they shut it off. I’m talking no water on a Monday at 12:15 pm.

Cons:
-Place is old with bad insulation
-AC won't cool your place without running 24/7
-Consistent Roach/Pest issues in apartment
-Every month there tends to be a reason to shutoff water
-Everyone and their Mom knows the code to the gates
-Packages go to the office because the mailroom got destroyed and the leasing agents get annoyed when you don't pickup your things within a day

-Relatively Cheap Rent
-Safe/quiet area
-2 pools
-Somewhat updated apartments
Cons:

Jose explained the processes and amenities so well, he was ready & willing to answer all my questions and address any issues. Selena was also very helpful when Jose wasn’t available.
The Mobile Doorman app that is one of the perks of this community is a fast, easy way to communicate maintenance issues. Edited to add: the maintenance crew is tops! My messages were received and fixed within days, not weeks or months like at Lakes at Madera (our former complex). I love seeing all the happy dogs running around the dog park, and I can’t wait to have a weekend day of so we can try out the grill

We moved in the first of February 2021. The process was so smooth and easy. I did 99% of move in over email. Came in, signed and picked up keys. Since then, my experience with both office staff and maintenance have been excellent. Fast repairs and answers to any and all concerns. I love this complex and do not see myself relocating any time.

Initially I was excited about moving here. My fiance' has a past from 10 years ago. He is now disabled. once the report came back the lady assisting me was no longer nice and warm. we are moving from oklahoma and the sales agent had no consideration or was not trying to work with us at all. we have proper documentation. Beautiful place. Horrible staff. I do not recommend this place for anyone who is disabled or wanting to start a new life. they profile here.

I would write a 0 star review if I could. DO NOT RENT HERE, RENTER BEWARE. Besides the infestations of ants, fly larvae, rats and everything else you could think about. Management is horrible, they only care about their money. I just had $600 stolen out of my car.
Edited after move out: I owed $800 and they made it magically turn to $2,000. Also they lied to the renters insurance and was proved to have lied. They lied about not having my parcel package and upon move out they lied about not adding charges for things that were clearly added. Everything that comes out of their mouth is a lie. Do
