The Biarritz properties are located in the heart of world famous Old Orchard Beach. We offer 2 distinct types of lodging - motel rooms and suites, some with Jacuzzi baths. All units are within a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5-7 minute walk to the "downtown" area and the famous Old Orchard Beach Pier & Amusement Park.
The Biarritz offers a unique selection of rooms, suites and vacation apartments, all steps from the beach. The chart at the right shows you the location of each building. Our Motel location offers a variety of motel units along with (1) Queen, (4) Whirlpools, (2) Small 1 Bedroom Kitchens/2. Our solar heated pool is located here for all our guests.
Biarritz Motel offers 4 types of units at this location, where you will also find our outdoor solar heated pool. Our Main Office for all check-ins and information is also located here. We offer the following unit types, (1) Queen, (2) Whirlpool tubs, (8) Standard Motel units and (10) Family Motel units.
Our beautiful, modern suites are available with a variety of amenities and occupancy options. Our suites are located in three buildings on the beach side of East Grand Avenue, just steps away from the beach. You can also enjoy a BBQ Area adjacent to one of the suites buildings. All suites include: Refrigerator Microwave Cook Tops Toaster Air Conditioning Cable Television Private Bath *FREE* WiFi.
Directions from the South: Take Interstate 95 (Maine Turnpike) to Exit 36 - Saco Exit. Follow I-95 to Route 5 (Saco Avenue) Bear to the left of the 7-11 Store. Continue on Route 5 until you see the sign to downtown (bank, church, and Town Hall area) Take a right immediately after the Church. You are now on Main Street in Old Orchard Beach, you should see the ocean and pier in front of you at the bottom of the hill.
