Old Orchard Beach has been a seaside vacation haven for centuries. Our seven mile stretch of sand and the famous landmark Pier in the center have brought sunshine and smiles to generations of families. Old Orchard Beach is an exciting resort town, with plenty to see and do, or you can do nothing at all but sit on the beach and enjoy Maine's natural beauty.
Old Orchard Beach's seven-mile stretch of sand beach is just 75-yards from the Executive Motel for beach walks, sand castle building, sunning, surfing, and swimming. But Old Orchard Beach is also famous for its attractions by the Pier, just 150 yards from us at the Executive.

You can walk to Palace Playland Amusement Park's rides and arcades, boutiques, shops, restaurants, mini-golf, and weekly fireworks and annual events and festivals like Beach Olympics and the Old Orchard Beach Car Show.Funtown/Splashtown U.S.A. - Family amusement and waterpark. Home of Excalibur, Maine's only wooden roller coaster ranked one of the top ten in the world.
There is so much to see and do beside the Beach. Just 15-minutes to our south lies Biddeford Pool & Wood Island Lighthouse. Continuing on to the South is the popular (and Presidential) town of Kennebunkport. Browse around the quaint boutiques of Dock Square then drive Ocean Avenue along the millionaires' row of seaside mansions and the summer white house of our 41st President, George Bush.

Short distance to pier and beach. Very clean. Tub with great shower. One level. Comfortable beds Mini fridge and microwave.TV trays. 2 beds, plenty of room. Reasonably priced. Can be noisy but added to the atmosphere. Pool but limited shade. Will return. We liked the end unit because it had lots of windows. You have to cross the street to get to the beach but there is a crosswalk close by.

Its a good, passable room. Room service was thorough in there cleaning. It's an older woodframe structure though affected by sea salt. Combine this with steep spiking rates from last year brings the experience down a notch. Its not anyone's fault. We felt gouged by every restaurant we went to. People are really trying to recoup last years losses. Keep it in mind. The Executive gets a passing grade this time. It will be an expensive summer on the beach in 2021.
