A beautiful location unfortunately poorly trained staff lack basic customer service skills. The rooms are fair sized with basic appointments relatively clean and set up. Rooms that face the beach have a good view. Word of caution management insists that rooms reserved cannot be guaranteed.

Stayed here Aug 8th-10th in an oceanfront room with my husband and kids. It was so nice! Lisa was great and very accommodating, the room was so clean, and the location was just right. We will definitely be back here again, for more than two nights!

Great location right on the beach. Nice and clean. Small porch area to sit on and look at the ocean. We stayed in room 25, third from end on the 1st floor. The only thing that would of made it perfect if there was a screen on the sliding glass doors so you could listen to the waves while laying in bed or drinking your morning coffee.

Lisa the owner was great, we stayed on an ocean front room which was cute with an amazing view. We loved it so much we had to stay another night, Lisa was able to accommodate us last minute on a Saturday in July!! Would recommend to anyone and can’t wait to go back.

Love how close to the Beach we are . Stayed for 3 nights. Pleasantly surprised our room on the second floor with 2 sliders was spacious and bright. The bathroom was super tiny but that's okay. I think there was a family reunion so when they got together, (Mass plates, from the looks and voices I'd say Lynn or Revere area). The courtyard around the pool echoed so if someone was having a conversation or yelling from their room to someone in the parking lot that breakfast was ready, you could totally hear everything. Other than that fairly quiet.

I can't recommend this motel more!!!! Lisa is such a wonderful and friendly host who truly goes above and beyond! The room was so spacious and clean, the beach is literal STEPS away, there is a heated pool, and just a short walk to the pier! I will be making a trip to the Atlantis Motel an annual trip!!!

This was a perfect motel for Old Orchard Beach. We went with a 10 year old and a 4 year old. The motel is right on the beach, which is quiet, and there is a heated pool. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the service is excellent.
As others have said, it is just the right amount of distance away from the Pier. It is close enough to walk within 10 minutes, and far enough away from the crowds.
There is free on-site parking, but it is a tight squeeze. (Although I imagine other places will have the same small issue.)
We highly recommend!

We have stayed here 2 years in a row and opted to stay elsewhere this year. The first year we stayed we found the room to be clean and cozy although the beds were horrendous but the balcony facing the water was a nice touch...since the room was reasonably priced and we knew it would do for our short stay we stayed again the following year. The second year we went we found the beds to still be horrible but the room itself seemed dirty, like a quick clean, not thorough...we pushed the bed against the wall to prevent our young child from falling out and found that the floor was sandy and sticky, and

On the positive side, everyone on staff was very friendly and professional. We were able to find a room last minute at a reasonable rate, right on the beach! The shower was clean with lots of towels. Kitchen was large, full size fridge, with all the little things you might need. The trolley for the pier stops right next door, which was a very nice surprise! Cute little motel, but it is definitely a Motel, not a Hotel.
On the negative side, our room had an overwhelming smell of Pine-Sol that just wouldn't go away. At times it was hard to breathe. The room was no doubt clean, but the odor

Beds are terrible it's like sleeping on cardboard but otherwise it was a nice place. Right on the beach, nice views. I would stay again if the beds wouldn't hurt my back and was able to sleep.

Amazingly friendly staff!! Cozy, clean rooms with everything you need for your stay (toaster, fridge with mini freezer, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and wine glasses! So close to the beach with a shower to rinse off after the beach. Tables and grills to enjoy if you don't want to eat out. The prices are so reasonable for a stay so close to the ocean! We will be back!

Went up to the beach last minute with a group of us, and we were lucky enough to find Lisa and her Motel. She was able to set us all up with an apartment for the night at a reasonable rate, and even allowed us to take a look before deciding. The units there are very clean, and while somewhat dated, very quaint and charming. This is most definitely a motel, not a hotel, and it was very nice to find a clean yet affordable place last minute. Big thanks to Lisa and her crew, as we all agreed it was a very enjoyable stay. She went out of her way to help us, and i will be back!
