Clean. Very close to beach. Some rooms allow dogs. Nothing negative. The ac was leaking inside the first room. They immediately came. Diagnosed the issue. Was given a different room within 20 minutes. Housekeeping deserves a big shout out - One of them helped with my bags and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

This place is so nice! The staff was super friendly and helpful...the rooms SMELL so good and that tell tale smell that they use actual cleaners in between customers ...they don't just pretend to clean...it's so close to the beach and I just think out of all the places I've stayed in O.O.B. this is my favorite one by far!

Overall, the stay was fine - but the room was noted as non-smoking and clearly had a scent of cigarettes. The room pictured online also did not match that of the room, with a sinking bathroom floor, light fixtures broken, and a unique stovetop setup. The loud train tracks also woke us up three times (not obviously at the fault of the facility, though). The price was cheap - so, that could have been telling - but I would definitely either book closer to the beach with this hotel (not Neptune side of things) or go elsewhere and spend the extra money. The man at the front desk was also very rude and

Super cute cottage style rooms. Awesome location, steps away from the oceanside. The pool was small but deep. The bathrooms stunk a little at times like sewage and the shower was small and not an even floor, but the room was otherwise clean. The room included a kitchenette that was fully stocked with dishes, pans, silverware and a little burner for cooking. Also had a microwave and full size fridge. We only stayed for a night passing through, but would definitely stay again! Walking along the beach we found lots of sand dollars!

The beds were comfortable. I believe most all the rooms have a view. Honestly the view from our room and porch was just amazing. We were on second floor so was able to leave door open enjoying the sea air and sounds at night and in the morning. The owners here could not be more accommodating, they even have a small restaurant there with breakfast and it was delicious. You know it's good when the locals hang out there to eat.

Location, location, location! JUST STEPS TO SAND!!!! Pet - friendly too!!!. Now that the kids have grown, we bring our fur-babies. Our kitchenette, with full-sized refrigerator, comfortable , air conditioned room made for the perfect weekend get-a-way! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Keith and Michelle
