Darren was able to respond very quickly to a short option period to a property that was a long commute for him. He was an excellent communicator during the scheduling and throughout the inspection process. He answered any and all questions and was extremely thorough in his inspection and report out. I was referred to the Rock River Inspections for my 11th month warranty inspection. Darren was very knowledgeable and helpful from the first call. He was on time the day of inspection, which I appreciated. He also was really polite and so nice to the kids. He was throughout in his work and was able to answer all my questions. His report was available on the same afternoon . I would definitely recommend his services .

Darren did a wonderful job with our home inspection. We were able to fly from NJ to Texas to attend the inspection and also view the house and he was very accommodating. Although he was working hard, he gave us his time and attention whenever we had a question about something or were curious if he checked a certain thing. He had a lot of patience for us as first-time home buyers and we really appreciated his time. Although his appointment was scheduled at 3 PM, he stuck with us until almost 8 pm answering all questions and concerns, and also summarizing his major findings of the house. We were
