Temperature pressure relief valves are there to protect the unit from building up to much pressure and blowing through the roof. The valve is usually rated for 150 psi and. Bathroom exhaust fans do you the favor of removing moisture and fumes from bathrooms but when they are terminated in the attic they might cause you more damage than you.

Kevin's inspection report was very thorough. He is very knowledgeable and helped us understand what all of the items meant on the report. He did not rush us through when talking through the items and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the information.
