Buyer Inspections - Make up the majority of home inspections. Buyers are realizing the importance of a professional home inspection, which helps them to see the condition of the home before they make such a large investment. A home inspector must follow a minimum standards of practice set by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
One of the most frequently asked questions of a Home Inspector is, "How much does it cost?" Pricing is based on the square footage, age, and foundation type of the house. My pricing is competitive, not the cheapest or the most expensive. I do guarantee that you will get your monies worth from a high quality home inspection.
Eric was very timely and specific with his inspection. Not only was I provided with an excellent hard copy that included pictures, descriptions, etc but, I was also taken through the inspection results step by step to insure understanding. This specificity allowed me to assure all things were fixed prior to the closing on my home.

My fiance' and I recently had our home inspected by Eric at EMC. We showed up about 10 minutes early, and he pulled up right behind us. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and answered all of our questions in a way that we could understand. He sent out our report in a timely fashion. The peace of mind given out of the whole process really put us as ease with our decision to move forward.

I've used EMC twice now and have been impressed with their thorough work and professional reports. I had an inspection on a house I sold which allowed me to perform repairs before listing the property. I had them inspect a new house I bought and was surprised by how many things a highly rated builder can mess up. Now will be using them to inspect a pool I had built as well.
