A Full home inspection can take between 2 to 5 hours depending on square footage and age of the home. We will follow up with you upon receipt of your information to give a price quote and confirm your appointment. I used Stephen and Son Home Inspections to get my new build home inspected. Even though people think you may not need an inspection for a new build, you definitely do, and I'm glad they came out to do it! They caught several important issues that we are having addressed by the builder. We were not present for the inspection but they provided a very detailed report plus pictures and videos. Very responsive and professional - would highly recommend!

Amazing experience. The review was thorough and included photos of all issues found. The relevance was explained, which gives a prospective homeowner ammo to have an informed conversation with the builder. The price was very reasonable. The service was prompt. Most importantly, you can really tell that these guys are doing this because it's something they love to do. You can't buy that.

Hire them! if buying or selling a home. We received a recommendation for this company from a friend. Steve and his son are extremely professional and detail oriented. Having an untrained eye does not assist you when purchasing a home. An inspection is important, especially when the disclosure of the proposed property your purchasing is mostly checked unknown. Even our buyers agent was amazed at how thorough and detailed Steve's inspection and reporting is. The report includes photos and descriptive narrations of his findings of which is reviewed with you at the conclusion of his inspection. The

Steve was very professional, dependable, attentive, and available. His report was thorough and he included pictures of the problem areas and was available for any additional questions that we had.
