I've lived in these apartments for 11 years. The past few months I have been renting a vehicle while I search for a new vehicle. They never explained anything about a towing policy to me, I have been using the rental for over a month and they towed it out of nowhere the other day. The total was $300 for 12 hours the tow yard had it, and the apartment staff simply respond with sorry and refuse to assist me with this in any way.

The apartment complex is very calm and quiet. Occasionally the sound of kids playing in the playground can get a tad bit loud but I LOVE IT!!! That just reminds me how safe they are being themselves. The patio in my 2Br/2B is a great size!!! The office staff and maintenance are always so helpful. Cannot beat the excellent pricing for a Carrollton complex. Winning!!!

The customer service here was awesome Sandra and the other ladies that worked their were so helpful and did what ever they could do to help me get in a unit. Most apartment just turn their head and don't offer any help or solution. Thank you Sandra and everyone els that helped and made me feel welcomed

I just moved in about 4 months ago Andrea and Priscilla are amazing they communicate with me on anything that I need they are very helpful. The apartments are clean If I needed anything, they made sure that I'm taking care of. The feeling of this complex feels so clean, safe, very family oriented. The complex is in a great location you can you can walk to many different restaurants, shopping centers, and park. It feels like home.

I've been living in Hebron Trails for 3 years now and I love it. Whenever I call maintenance with a problem, it's never a long wait. They always seem to check the portal and call you the same business day, next business day or at your door fixing the issue. Very affordable 3 bedroom, located in Carrollton, Texas, surrounded with great shopping malls, convenient to schools and walking distance to a lot of businesses like krogers, walmart, nail shops, kohls and more. Staff and management is great. The only change I dislike is parking registration. I don't like my guest having to register for parking

I have had an awesome time residing at Hebron Trails. Ms. Sandra is amazing. Since the pandemic has started she has guided me with everything that I need. She has so much compassion and empathy for others. I can always depends on her to take care of any situation that comes about. It has been many others in management before she came but in my opinion she is the best at what she does. I thank GOD that he put her in our lives. I'm really grateful and appreciative.

I have lived in Hebron Trails Apartments for the past 17 years! I have seen a lot of management staff in that time! Some good, some okay, but I think that Franchell has been one of the best managers so far. She and her staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome, as well as the maintenance crew. Reported issues and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner, and the apartment grounds are kept clean and neat. Feeling comfortable and safe makes it hard to consider moving!

Great apartment community, with great, top-notch schools in the area. I've lived here for about 5yrs, and continue to enjoy my stay. The office staff are accessible and always available for any questions and assistance. The maintenance staff is nice and fix repairs on time. There's also plenty of great shopping and restaurants nearby. Its safe place to raise a family.
