Don't get me wrong I mean the office staff is pretty nice when I ask for something or need something but nice can't only just be enough . Maintenance or things with the apartment are a whole different story . First by getting the apartment there was always issues from the start starting with moving in the sink nobs where lose and I had to press down on the all the time and mainence didn't show up till 4 day of moving in . That should have been done and ready moving in day . Sink was always leaking and was made much worse after coming to "fix" it 3 months into moving in

Please read this before considering moving here. It was such a bad experience. The lease was broken early due to the amount of repairs not addressed, as well as overall lack of communication with the office. Dealing with all kinds of things, to name a few, wasp infestation‘s, dish disposal issues, a leaking AC which damaged parts of the bathroom, broken lock / door hardware. It took at least a month and a half to address any of these issues, almost 4-5 months regarding the wasps (to which I had an allergy to). And then of course in the process of ending the lease dealt with countless miscommunications

I am absolutely LIVID about this experience I’ve had. I had a friend visiting around 8pm and he was only here for about 20 minutes but when we walked outside his car was GONE!!! No note, no message, nothing. We had to call around everywhere, towing companies l, the apartment, and even the non emergency police line. It took 30 MINUTES to find where the car had been taken! The towing place said he’d been there for an hour and that’s impossible. He’s also an on call EMT and they still made him pay about $300 just to get his car back. I am appalled and disgusted by this series of events. Bella

Bella Vista is a good, safe place to reside. My husband & I have lived here for one year, but due to the renewal rate of a $100 jump made us decide to move to something little bigger if we're gonna pay a higher price. Towing is bad here, have to put that out there, not good for visitors especially. I want to say thanks to all the lovely ladies in the office for all their assistance thur the year. But a special thanks to Veronica who we dealt with from the very beginning of our stay here to the end always professional, always friendly, made us always feel welcome. Thank you Veronica!! Ok guys, let’s start with the first thing. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Veronica and Melody. The maintenance staff is great, they respond quickly to request, very respectful, friendly and efficient. Thanks Manuel for your hard work every day! The apartments looks very well maintained. The ground look very clean every day. This complex is located in a excellent area, where you can find a lot good restaurants. I recommend this property 100% since from the first day I visited the office they made me feel like family. I honestly feel very fortunate to live in this community

A year ago I moved to Bella Vista Apartments in Carrollton and my experience has been unique, the area is very quiet, it is in the best CFB ISD school district and the service from Miss Veronica is always excellent. She inspires us with confidence and is always attentive to help us. It is seen that she loves her job

*THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS**** If you are looking for a place to move in Carrollton, please avoid moving into these god awful apartments. It has roaches, the a/c is from 1994 and it never works, the plumbing is so backed up and you will have constant clogged up toilets, bathtub and sinks. We had a clogged up bathtub more than8 times in 6moths, the staff is the absolute worsts they have terrible attitudes. God forbid you call to get any maintenance work done because they will give attitude and get offended for you calling. And never pick up the phone. They seem to forget that this is their

This place is a health hazard. We pay pest control every month, but hear rodents running around in the attic constantly. Had to have Frontier come out and do all new wiring because it had been chewed up by rats. The tech said that he had been to the complex three times THAT MONTH for other people having the same problem. He warned me that other residents said the office was difficult to talk to about this problem. When I called they said "anything else? Sounds good, thanks" and hung up. They cheaped out on redoing the apartments in between leases, so my tub's "resurfacing"

I moved into these apartments 2 years ago and I had a pleasant experience signing another lease. The office crew goes out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of, they are very polite, friendly and easy to work with. Maintenance crew will fulfill requests as soon as possible. Mr Roberto had make my day with helping me to stay another year. I had not place to go yet. This is not just an apartment, to me this is my home. I fell so safe and happy living here. 😍😍
