My apartment have mold in the vents my children and I were affected by the mold I spoke to a Titus the manager of the property but he didn’t do anything about it. He is very feisty and unprofessional in every way Titus refuses to take responsibility and blames everything on the tenants, repairs take forever to happen or it’s done incorrectly. I wouldn’t refer this place to anyone because it’s a terrible apartment complex to reside at. My children and i were sick numerous times because of the mold we experienced breathing issues shortness of breath constant cold and congestion, I had to

This place is not the place to be. They do not care about a single person staying their. They are focused purely on money and nothing else. Stayed here during the winter storms and man I have horror story after horror story. The ceiling fell in and they would not move us, would not give a time frame when it would be fixed. Would not help with rent, they wanted it IN FULL. The place was uninhabitable for over 3-4 weeks and demanded we pay our full rent. The office would not let us leave and find a new place where my family could LIVE. I eventually had to call the city and get them involved for them

I’ve been a resident here for 4 years and although they’ve had changed in management and issues throughout that time period I can honestly say TITUS has been the best thing to happen to this community. He’s honest and upfront and really has a heart for the community and the people living in these apartments. He recognized that we’ve had issues and instead of making up excuses he jumped right in to help us out. He’s made my experience here far better than i could’ve imagined. Titus thanks for all you do.

Let me just start off by saying Titus is the mfn goat!!! He’s super professional, very responsive and caring for his residents!! He’s the main reason why my guy and I honestly moved here to this property due to the awesome reviews we read about him. He’s amazing at what he does!!! Everything was such an easy process of getting into our new beautiful home!! Thank you once again, Titus for everything you do!!
