Quiet and clean complex, but not consistent with keeping hot water, ESPECIALLY during a pandemic. Updated appliances in other apartments, but not ours. Cant adjust our own temperature with thermostat. Don't move here without your own personal fan or heater because they (people in the office) will have you freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer!! If they ain't controlling it, its broken!!

I have been living in this Apartment for a long time even living this long year the apartment has multiple issues AC, Heater, noise, and I never compliant about it but the management is not respected at all. Even if you have a flat tire or your car is not started or you change your tire they charge you $100 that you are doing mechanical work on the parking.

For what they charge they offer nothing. i doubt they even look at other all bills paid apts in the area. if you live in the 1847 building no sign to even say you are part of it. lighting what a joke its pitch black when i get off and get home. since i work nites i cant use the gym or laundry room. the playground has to be atleast 40 years old.

I’ve been living on Josey place for about 5 years now, and I can safely say that I’m really happy with the decision I made. Water and electricity are already paid for!! The Rent is really not bad and the area is not half bad either! We are so close to everything! We have a pool and we have a laundry room also. There’s a gym inside the leasing office which has some good equipment. The people running the place are nice and they are always there to answer any questions we have. It really is a nice place to live for the price!

This is the first place that I can call home in awhile. The area is nice and so far it seems way quieter than my last place. Valerie at the front desk was a very big help to finding me a 1 bedroom here and getting me in, despite my below average credit and lack of rental references. I'm truly happy here

Lot's of crime and drugs. My down stairs neighbor was robbed at gun point and nothing was done. Teens smoking pot and dealing drug a in the parking lot. Pest control is joke. They don't spray like they are suppose to. The manager and maintenance go in the units without notice. While in the unit the like to go through your things and take what they want. Also they will charge you outstanding cleaning fees when you move and send to collection with out notice. Even when you have invoices showing make ready company redid apt and washed carpets with having no pets. The office staff discriminates

Property has been enhanced on the outside appearance but if you are expecting heat in the winter or ac in the summer as any regular person would then don't do it. There is an issue every month, nearly every week and currently going on day 4 of no ac with daily temps going past 100. August will be two years since I moved here and I've already had two rent increases...go figure. And maintenance will quickly tell you they are just employees and it's not their fault the air or heat is out and remind you how many other apartments they have to work on. Well it surely isn't my fault
