I just want to say that I appreciate the maintenance always taking care of the property and the people... my mom lives there and I know they have been short staffed and they still manage to do work orders and take nice care of the cleanliness around even if people bath mouth them I feel like they do the best they can it’s not like we live in a perfect world! They are working with everything.. in my opinion they are doing more then the previous managers and team they had!

They poured money into the model apartment (it looks Amazing) while the rest of the units are left to disintegrate. Everything is in its original 1980's splendor and is crumbling apart... I actually will get splinters attempting to open the bathroom cupboard due to the rot of the wood. The Stove, dishwasher, and bedroom AC still doesn't work since the first day...I've put in Maint Req's... all they do is mark your work request complete and ignore you. Be sure to see your unit first before giving them any non refundable deposits - they'll give you the excuse ' oh, it's being cleaned' until the day

Worst place I’ve ever lived in, where can I begin? When we move in the apartment wasn’t even clean not painted, AC not working you feel like if you are living on Harry Hines this place used to be the nicest place to leave in here in Carrollton now is the worst it’s a shame because it’s located on a nice area but this apartments makes it look like the ghetto. I would give this place zero stars. Warning for anyone who even wishes to park here. The towing company "Phoenix Towing" illegally has posters up with no contact number and will tow visiting cars in less than 40 minutes of being parked. Also some tenants aren't any better some genius decided to call for my Dads car to get towed as I was helping an uncle move out because we had been there for less than 40 minutes. Instead of coming out and asking us to move they got our car towed which took 300$ out of my pocket. Unfriendly tenants and the towing company is bad I wouldn&apos

The worst place I have ever lived
The staff is so rude, they never fix anything, you can wait for them for 4-15 days, the apartments need a lot of maintenance, if you work late you will never find a good place to park, for the price they give you, look a better option.
By the way Villa Siena offered each apartment money for a good review and the winner would take 50 dollars I hope they the have given it to the winner.

Honest Review If you have some more bucks to spend then I would suggest pls go somewhere else. These apartments are the worst. I have highlighted some important points:
1. Roaches will soon become your best friend, management charges you for pest control but sorry no one comes until and unless you go every time to remind them.
2. The Sewage problem is horrible. You will feel embarrassed every time you go to the management office because they are very slow in taking action on problems.
3. If you are living on the first floor then forget about your sleep, neighbors are so cooperative that they

This apartment complex is good if you are just moving into the city and you want something that is not fancy. The management changed multiple times when i was there but they seemed to care about their residents concerns. The maintenance people tried to be quick to respond to problems but it is a big complex. One of the downsides of living there is no assigned parking. If you work a night job then you will be taking a hike if you live in the front of the apartment complex. The second was they did not offer online payment. It is not a game changer but it was slightly inconvenient to pay with a check

Great place to call home. I have been here for over two years and as time goes it just gets better and better. Management has really stepped it up, every time I come into the office Ernesto greets me with a smile on his face and I leave out of that office laughing every time. They make me feel welcome and take care of my needs on a timely manner I will be renewing my lease this fall.

I wish you could give a negative star. I lived at VS for a year and was so excited when I saw the apartment was right next to a park and my sons school. Those were the only perks. From the moment I moved in it was horrible. The day I moved in my apartment was infested with roaches. After bombing the apartment myself it was still bad. Complained twice and they finally "dusted" and two weeks later I wasn't scared to open my fridge anymore and could put food in it. They "say" it was the people below. Speaking of them... I just finished up my lease at Villa Siena. Too bad I had to move for work. I'll miss being right off the Greenbelt Park for my afternoon runs. This complex is affordable, safe, and hot water runs forever in the shower. They are slightly older, but kept in good condition. The office staff, particularly Saray and Elisha, were always SO helpful and when I needed anything they took care of it swiftly.

The apartments are quiet for the most part. The inside of the apartments are pretty good; it has tan painted walls, clean carpet, but it is infested with roaches. I have constant things breaking down in my house (A/C, no heated water, lights, etc) and maintenance takes forever to come and fix it. Since I've only had about 2 of the 10 things corrected that I asked to be fixed and I've been here for over a year! If you don't mind poor service, the run around from the apartment managers and bugs, then this is the place for you. (FYI: they have been going around asking people to say
