They never answer the phone and they never call you back. I left a message with them two days ago about my application and the fees and I never heard back I’ve put down a deposit on a unit I’ve been calling for days and nobody ever answers the phone or calls back and my application is pending because I’m in another state and it says that I need to speak to someone at the leasing office to proceed and nobody will answer the phone and nobody is calling me back…so disappointing

My residential experience has been nothing short of great! Everyone I have met so far has been super friendly. The front office staff and maintenance workers have been so great in making sure I am comfortable here. I am very please with my experience with my first year of living here. :)

The building has great gathering places to meet with visitors. Walking distance to Downtown Carrollton.The staff is very nice. “Kindness sometimes only reaches as far as you will take it”
