Brian is the founder and principal Broker of Key Property Management as well as managing partner of Key Realty Southwest. As a Las Vegas native, Brian knows the Las Vegas valley well. He is a long term real estate investor and knows first hand how to make a portfolio succeed. He earned a management degree at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and is an avid supporter or UNLV athletics.

I just wanted to thank you for the support you and your company have provided already. In the past year, with my other PM, I didnt get updated on major items which caused me a lot of stress. However now I get regular updates and statements monthly.
Also, Brian has been very quick in getting my home rented out and responding to my questions.

The lady pearl is horrible with service. She makes a lot of promises that she doesn’t keep. One moment she is pretending to have your best interest at heart and then she flipped the script and is disrespectful. How are these people in business??? I had a issue with my kitchen sink leaking and they never responded to my work order. I had to fix it myself.

Whenever I have question or a problem that needs to be addressed I always ask for Brittney. She is always on top of it very polite and professional. With other management companies I have dealt with in the past, they would either take for ever to respond or sometimes not at all. If you are looking for a management company I highly suggest Key Property Management!!

Went into the office recently to inquire on some rental properties. With how crazy the market has been lately, it’s been so challenging to find a company that’s willing to help. Not only was Kacey super friendly and professional but she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me in the right direction.
I wish more management companies would assist customers in the way that Kacey handled our exchange.

Pearl the head of maintenance is absolutely wonderful! We recently had a bad situation with our AC unit in our rental. Pearl was very professional, prompt, and courteous handling our situation it was a difficult & common situation in Las Vegas and she made me and my family feel as if we were the only clients , the service was above & beyond she could’ve of simply done the basics but it’s the way she went the extra mile is what will stick with me & I appreciate that quality service I highly recommended to all friends & family.

This is a horrible property management company. They have harassed me for a year after my lease was up, over HOA violations that occurred after I left. Repeatedly emailing after I asked them to stop. They have been rude on the phone, incompetent and unprofessional.
Read your contract carefully and document everything. I would never do business with them again.

I have been using Key Property Management to manage my 5 rental properties for the past seven years and their competence and professionalism are exemplary. They are effective in keeping my properties leased with quality tenants who pay rent on time and in full. When a property becomes vacant, they get it back on the market within weeks, not months. Their end-of-year statements are complete and are easily passed directly to my accounting firm. I give KPM an A+.
