I had a good experience staying here. The rooms were clean, house keeping came by everyday and cleaned up. They were short staffed so they didn’t have breakfast available but they did have a coffee station in the lobby. The pool was alright, it could have been a little warmer. But overall I would recommend staying here! It’s pretty cheap and worth the money!!!

I was a little skeptical about booking this hotel after I saw some of the reviews... THEY WERE WRONG! As soon as I arrived, I found that Expedia messed up my reservation. Not only did Robin at the front desk talk to Expedia directly, she helped me get Expedia fixed. There has been nothing but families since we've been here. It's decorated beautifully for Christmas everywhere! The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfy. My girls loved it, as well as the Hubby and I! We will definitely book here again!

Huge disappointment. It looked really sweet online but when we got there we were let down. This hotel was part of a stay and play but not kid friendly. If you are going to be stay and play hotel you have to be kid friendly, especially when you are charging double. One kid on our team broke a pool rule so they kicked our whole team out of the pool. Thanks Adam Willams! Adam also threatened to call the police on the parents for complaining. We frequently took the stairs because the elevator was slow but get used to the smell of urine because that's what it smelled like. The room was decent

This is more like a run down motel that you pay by the hour for. Best and pretty much only good thing, was their massive pool.
Now...no working remote, which was only way to change tv. Showers didn't drain. Bathroom is extremely small and can't be shut when using the toilet. I would just not stay here.

We stayed here during our vacation and couldn’t say enough good things about this place. It is exactly as advertised! Clean, spacious rooms. Never had any issues during our stay. Location is A1 (the grade is a little steep BUT your in the mountains so I wouldn’t expect anything less!) Staff were all very nice and friendly and quick to respond. 10 ⭐️ Review! I will forever be staying here for here on out during our annual trip to TN! Highly recommend. You definitely get what you pay for.

We paid for 3 rooms for our family, needed 2 parking spaces, a problem each night. They said there we're extra cars because of tournaments! We pay for rooms we expect to have a parking space just that simple! No water pressure in the shower. The HEATED POOL WAS NOT HEATED!!! However the staff were very nice and the beds comfortable and rooms clean. I directly asked them before we arrived IS THE POOL WARM!? Was assured it was! Granddaughter was not happy and in tears.....This is our first and last time to stay here...We'll go back to our old hotel with the warm heated pool...😉😡😓

This hotel was great for our stay however it is it not one of the more updated hotels I've stayed in. I won't say outdated just not the most top quality. The pool was very neat as it was tiered with an adult area and ample space for several families to enjoy. Parking was very slim, however this hotel provided us with the amenities we needed for the trip we took.

As a guest at the hotel on October 8, 2021, we received our room keys. Later that same day while we were laying on our beds, another guest at the hotel was able to use their key to get in our room without knocking. The hotel checked then in to our occupied room giving them free access to our room and our stuff if we had not been there.
My boyfriend was very upset about this, and we decided to leave the next day earlier than we had planned. Logan checked me out and told me the day of check out would be an issue, but he could put the 3rd day back on my card. When I told him what happened

We booked our room for only one night for a quick getaway for our anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really nice and helpful, Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and such. Hotel was close enough to walk around the main strip but away from it enough to keep from being crowded. I will gladly stay here again!

Had a nice stay here! The place was decorated nicely in the lobby area, but the hallways looked sketchy - just very dark and you could tell the building is very old. All of the staff members were very kind and attentive. The room was very cozy, but our fireplace didn't work :( We could've called maintenance, but honestly it wasn't cold enough to really use the fireplace when we were there anyway. The room we stayed in had a nice little view of some mountains which I was happy to see. Really great stay overall, but would like to see this place renovated just a bit more in the future. Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a place. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it.
Definitely would stay here again. It was clean. Had a nice view. Only. 5 miles from the city so we could walk to do things. The only complaint was the air conditioner didn't work that well, but overall great place to stay!

Let me start by saying I love supporting local business and it doesn't take a lot to impress or satisfy me. So I'm going to do a pro and con of this place.
Pros: Walking distance to the main strip, indoor and outdoor pool, low cost.
Cons: It's under construction and definitely shows it's age. Upon a quick inspection of the room, hair was found in the bed at multiple locations and the toilet seat was broken. After checking in, 1 of the 2 keycards didn't work, went down to report the hair and toilet seat, and the keys were re-done. They didn't have an available

After reading reviews from the past month I was worried and wondered why timeshare company would arrange our lodging here. I read reviews about rude staff, damp rooms, bedbugs, roaches, no water, and no outdoor pool working. To my surprise...this place is wonderful! I believe we have a remodeled room. You can tell they are making serious improvements. If you have kids that love a pool...this is where to stay. Also nice walk to main drag of Gatlinburg. Definitely worth a look.

Positives: decent distance from downtown, but it's uphill so make sure to stretch! Guest services was polite. Fresh towels daily. Everyone smiling and happy.
Checking out the main elevator did not work. Pool had overload of chlorine in it, like it irritated mine and daughters skin. Get exterior facing room. Thank me later.

I seen the reviews on this hotel and was kind of skeptical
because they were mixed. I am a stickler for a nice hotel and can't stay just anywhere but the rooms were clean, the people were nice and the beautiful pool area was as expected. I liked it for the most part the only thing I could complain about is that the toilet in my room was running and you had to make sure the knob was lifted other than that it was a pretty good stay and I would return.

Started with 2 stars down to 1 Star! Front staff was irritated that I asked for a hard copy which I explained I haven't received the email. I hadn't intended to complain about the facility until the looked she gave me. I told her another reason to be disappointed, no email and the place was dirty. Her response with the look "this place is not dirty". In my mind "yes it is", pictures don't lie. Advertised as newly renovated. That's pushing it a little bit. New carpet, pillows are the worst it must have been a complete mess. New flooring here and there

Love it, love it. Not for everyone, but we will definitely be back at least once a year. Who am I kidding, we will be back at least 4 times a year. The Smokies are one of our favorite places.
Of course, it was the first place my man took me when we meet. Twenty years later we still go multiple times a year and have fun every time.
It is an older hotel that has an out of sight pool and hot tub. Again, if you are wanting or expecting 5 stars and free breakfast, this spot is NOT for you. Benefits include later pool hours with multiple pools...YAY!!
