I couldn't have had a more seamless application process - Thanks Julius! I'll be moving to CA for a job & have been looking for an apartment NONSTOP. It's been an (expectedly) stressful experience, but Julius really made everything way easier. Upfront with the costs, explained the move in process incredibly well, and described the location superbly. I think we found where we'll be moving & I couldn't be more excited!

The 5 stars is mainly for the great tour by given by Julius, who, in addition to being kind and informative, also wasn't pushy at all - which made the touring experience enjoyable, and made the apartment complex even more convincing for a potential resident like myself.
The apartment itself seems to have it all - it was clean, organized and secure. External doors required key card access to open. It also had a nice gym, great looking patio, conference room, movie theatre and event space. Definitely one of the better apartments I've toured around the Lake Merritt area in Oakland!

Toured with Julius and it was the best tour I’ve been on by far. He was funny but in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable because he had an answer for all my questions. Lol he made me feel comfortable like he was someone I’ve known. I didn’t lease here because it was out of my price range but the building is beautiful with nice luxury feeling amenities and it’s walking distance to a lot. Definitely check it out and ask for Julius!

The property is pretty great - the units are new and clean and it has lots of communal outdoor space with great amenities. I went on a tour with Julius a few days ago and can't speak highly enough about him. Super conversational, handled my questions candidly yet professionally, and was great throughout the process. I've been on a few tours of buildings/properties like this and this was definitely the best tour I've gone on so far.

Taylor gave me a guided tour throughout the building. It was a great experience - she knew her stuff around the building and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. The building itself has all the bells and whistles. I'm definitely going to consider Hanover Northgate! Thank you Taylor for being so pleasant and NOT boring by saying everything on rote.
