Lakes At Lewisville

Jenny to the rescue! I wanted to share my amazing experience with Lakes of Lewisville. My wife and I found ourselves in a situation where we were going to sell our house before our new build construction was completed. Stress levels were high. I called Jenny and explained our situation. She showed us an apartment and was so thoughtful about which apartment would suit our family, like being the first floor and close to parking.

I have lived at the Lakes of Lewisville for several years! It is a beautiful community and Diana the manager is GREAT! I love all the fun event she holds from football parties, Poker, Luau’s, Halloween and Christmas parties for the residents! So much fun!
The property is well maintained and nicely landscaped. Maintenance is never an issue either!
I highly recommend and appreciate Lakes of Lewisville!!

Such a great community to live in, very spacious apartments and newly renovated. Ten minute walk to the lake and amazing views. Management has always been very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I've had. Loved these apartments so much I had to come back for a second year!

Every time I have a maintenance issue it’s fixed extremely fast. Both the ladies that work in the office are super nice and always solve my issues. It pretty hassle free to live here

We have lived here for almost a year and it has been a very good experience. The Maintenance staff are very efficient and the place is well looked after. Whenever there was anything to be fixed it was taken care of quickly and well. Diana and Jenny in the office are just wonderful. They do a super job, managing the complex and respond very soon to anything we need and are always very pleasant and friendly no matter what the situation. Knowing that they are there makes us comfortable.

This is the best place I could possibly live, they have a theater room and you can just hang in there while they are open and they give u snacks and drinks. The people who work here are sooo friendly and polite. They make everyone feel welcomed. Best apartments hands down!!!

After Months of looking at places to live to call home for my son and I, we choose Lakes at Lewisville. Jenny and Diana made the process so easy (which we all know that moving is never easy). This is our first place on our own and I couldn't be any happier to be part of this community. Thank y'all so much for your help and kindness during this process.

These apartments are beautiful and are reasonably priced. My roommates and I would've stayed here if the location was closer to our jobs. Jenny was incredibly kind, helpful, and willing to go out of her way to work with us which we really appreciated! If we decide to move in the area, we'll definitely be looking at Lakes At Lewisville! :)

Ashley was helpful explaining the property, amenities, and pricing. Recent upgrades and small community are very desirable in DFW.

We have lived here for many years, so we have seen new owners and new staff more than once. Never had too many issues until recently. We have re-signed leases many times, always promising carpet cleaning, new blinds...yet never receive. I am cool with that, we are used to it. The new grill policy really ticks me off...granted, they installed grills around the property for residents, but quite useless in inclement weather for those of us who grill all the time. Yes, we can still have our own, but have to take them 10 feet away from the building...not too convenient when you live upstairs. That lets
