We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

The staff at Bell Brookfield were very helpful during our time. Shelly and Xavier always made sure things were done for us and correctly. We enjoyed our spacious apartment, the pool and resident events. Grounds were taken care of on a regular basis which adds to the aesthetic of the community. Thank you for making our time at Bell a successful one!

I was very impressed with the Staff at Bell Brookfield. I worked with Shannon and she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The property was beautiful and had everything I am looking for. I am looking to move in March 2022 and I will definitely be calling back to see the availability of this property.

I have been lookin for a new apartment for the new year in February. I absolutely love the property at Bell Brookfield. This property is very convenient to everything. I have had co workers/ friends that live there and they love it. The staff is really helpful, Shannon patiently answered all my questions over the phone. I hope to make the move very soon.

I’ve lived here for two years now and absolutely love it. The grounds are always well kept, the apartments are very spacious with lots of storage, maintenance is always on top of things. Brandon and Shelly have been amazing. They help me anytime I ask without hesitation. Everyone is so friendly. Plus it’s right off the highway which is super convenient for getting just about anywhere in town.

Nice amenities. Parking is easy and convenient. I really like the parcel locker setup with being able to pick up my packages after work since I work odd hours. Shelly and Brandon always make me feel welcome anytime I visit the leasing office. They are quick to address any concerns and I appreciate the extra follow-up. Hands down the best community I’ve ever lived at! The espresso machine is an awesome perk in the mornings if you need an extra boost! Not a brand new community but well maintained. A diamond in the rough.

I really enjoyed my tour with Ms Shelly Waterfall! She was very kind and welcoming and made the whole process really easy! This is my first time renting an apartment and she definitely helped make it less scary! She explained everything, including the fees very very well and I enjoyed the time I spent with her! I look forward to moving in!
