My girlfriend and I love coming here with my dog. They're super dog friendly and will even bring your dog a water bowl. They have an outdoor patio with heaters for the winter time and a stage for live music. We love ordering the Thai Mac and cheese and the pulled pork fries. Servers and bartenders are always great too.
The only thing I'm not a fan of is the parking situation. The building doesn't have a dedicated parking lot so we end up having to park in paid parking across the street or in a parking garage.

Awesome server and great food. The have a lot on their menu so there's something for everyone including vegetarians/vegans. The outdoor seating area is super nice too. Seems like a great summer spot but they have some heaters out their for winter.

We stop to eat an early dinner before a hockey game last night. It is a cute neighborhood bar and grill. It looks like they have a great outdoor seating in the back with tv's but it was too cold to sit outside last night. Our waitress was. fantastic and so friendly and fast getting us our food. I had the cheeseburger and French fries ( both were really good) and my husband got the beef taco and pork taco and he said both were fantastic. We have been going to quite a few restaurants the past 2 months and more and more I really appreciate when I stumble upon good service and great food

Went here in a Friday night and the live music was great. Service was mostly good except for a mixup with our drink order. My fries were seasoned unevenly. Their wings were okay.
I would try it again on a less busy night.

Have been coming here for years, do you want a hardcore bar scene experience with cool locals look no further. They generally have free music every weekend, they always support local artists and local Acts. The food is somehow always questionable but nevertheless the most tastiest thing that you could put in your mouth. I don't drink but I still like to eat the food here even though it is bar food and I personally feel all bar food is questionable but regardless of the quality they sure know how to make it taste great. My lovely girlfriend took me here on a date, and I had no expectations, but I was assured it was good, and let me tell you guys, if you're in Uptown, there is no better place to eat. I got a Philly with gravy on it, and it blew me away. The food was just mind blowing, I didn't think I would like it, but stepped out of my comfort zone, and boy am I glad I did. I took my bf here for lunch since he's never been before! We immediately came in and got a table! The server was very kind and we got our food incredibly quick! The food was amazing oh my gosh. We drive 30 minutes to get here and will definitely be coming more often! Food was 10/10 amazing

I've been coming to this place for years now and I don't have a single bad thing to say. Everything, and I mean everything on the menu is unique and flavorful. I try something new every time and I am NEVER disappointed. They have specialty Mac and Cheese with different flavors such as Thai Curry, Mexi Mac, and Buffalo Mac and Cheese. Pros: Our server Megan was so nice and amazing. She said that she was new but she was so professional that we couldn’t tell. The food came out super fast and the fried pickles were amazing!
Cons: Unfortunately, even though the food and drinks looked great everything was super oily, salty and over cooked. However, I’m happy they over cooked it because their restaurant score (at the current time I went) was an 88 (B grade). I got the JackMac and Buffalo Mac. JackBeagles is quintessential NODA to its core! They have been around forever and have long been one of my go to places when visiting NODA. There are lots of great restaurants in the area with just about every cuisine you could imagine but this is the place for classic bar cuisine done right! All of their burgers are cooked to order and are simply fantastic! Their cheesesteaks are definitely righteous too. I would be amiss if I didn't mention their hotdogs which are some of the best in town! I suggest getting them "ripped" for the true experience. I mentioned these specifically but

First off, let me just say that Jackbeagles in one of my favorite places not only in NoDA, but in Charlotte in general. I have been going there since 2011 (I know, I should have been wrote a review) when I was in Grad school @ UNCC and been loving it EVER since. The vibe is 'dive-ish' without being dirty, grimy, nasty, unapologetically loyal to the regulars and excluding the new patrons, you know; HOW DIVE BARS USUALLY ARE, they are NOT. Also, I used to live literally on the same block as them for about 2 years and we got very acquainted with each other!

Definitely not our first time at Jack Beagles, but I was craving a hot dog. Our waitress was Elaine and she helped us right away. Their waffle fries are the best. The hotdog was super filling, I didn't know their chili actually had beans in it. Which is fine for me, just not so good for my husband later lol. I could hardly finish it all. The wings are good here as well. Whenever walking through Noda we will always make it to stop through for drinks and sometimes they do have music in the back patio!

JackBeagles was our holy grail last night. We went bar hopping and always trying to find one where we could eat something delicious after 10pm. We found it!

JackBeagle is a nice , open , and friendly spot if you and a group of friends want to hangout , talk , laugh and lots more . Went on a Sunday evening. They have live singing . The staffs were respectful and accommodating. Definitely a good spot to visit around Noda.

Awesome place! The food was fantastic, will definitely come back! The staff was nice and attentive. The drinks are always spot on and did I talk about great the good was? (I know I did). They definitely blew my mind and taste buds.

Wanted to do have girls day out so we decided to come here and located at Noda which is busy area but with lots of good food and nice place to hangout. They were limited since covid but we were only two so they let us in and we took the bar table. Bartender was nice and friendly we asked what should we order and good menu here so he helped us. Anyways, I got 10 pieces of chicken wings with most spicy sauce omg it was so good I freaking love it like was spicy but sauce was so tasty and wings were well cooked. Visiting from charleston, where we are SPOILED with food. So far we have found 0 restaurants that are even decent here HOWEVER ..THIS ONE! This was the first good place we have enjoyed. Good atmosphere, server (David), and great food.

It's a dive bar. Let's get that straight off the bat. You're not going to come here looking for a legit restaurant. That's unrealistic, but at face-value it's about as good as it gets for bar food:

We were in the NoDa neighborhood and had the urge to go somewhere we could post up at the bar and watch some recently returned college football. How have I been sleeping on this place for 6 years now? We came here for an impromptu happy hour last Friday and it's awesome.
It's a great neighborhood bar with one important distinction: the food is unique and delicious. The bar tenders and servers were very friendly and helpful. We got there early and had no trouble getting a table.
We got entirely too much food, but it was too good to stop. We got the Buried Treasure Fries, the Widow Maker Philly cheese steak, the Country Mac, and the Jack Mac. The mac and cheese was the star of the show. The Country Mac was our favorite, but both were delicious
