If a tenant leaves or must be removed within 90 days of occupying your property, we will find you a quality replacement tenant free of charge. Definitely would not recommend blue atlas. I'm a single mother with two children, I recently moved into a property owned by blue atlas and it's been hell. Two weeks into the house my thermostat stops working, my stove cuts on by itself and my ceiling started leaking. I washed two times in the two weeks that I'd been there. The property manager Rachel is trying to say the damage is my fault. She has a maintenance man come out he explained my washer caused the damage a few days later i replace the washer and dryer and to my surprise the ceiling still leaks. That same week the property
