Mr. Boswell began his career as a real estate broker in 1964. He grew his Arlington business to 5 offices by the end of the 1970s. He has always been hard working and innovative. In the early 80s, he realized a high demand from investors for professional property management. Thus, Herman Boswell Property Management was born.

I spoke to property manager, Patricia Lopez, regarding one of her properties, she was very rude and condescending. She did not hear me out about the issue we have with her property and immediately said NO, we are not fixing anything. They don’t even go check the property to see what the issue is. They just say no, they don’t want to do anything at all. It was a horrible experience talking to this property manager.

Please don't rent from them. Lived in a house for 8 years and paid rent on time every month. Kept my deposit and sent me a bill for over $1400. After the first year they were to sorry to send a new lease but kept collecting the $ for the home owner. Charged me $400 for a microwave with a broken handle due to wear and tear is one of the outrageous charges. . I took care of the house like it was my own.

I called them today 04/22/2021 about one of their properties. I felt from the beginning of the conversation this company wasn’t for me. I felt like every answer I gave Lisa was finding ways to not approve me for the rental house. I wasn’t finish talking and she was trying to rush off the phone like I was bothering her. I don’t like to give my hard earned money to rude disrespectful discriminative companies. I feel sorry for the home owner of that house. Good luck!!

Great property management company. They are extremely responsive to tenant repair and maintenance request, responding within 24 hours via phone and/or text to get things scheduled quickly. They also have an online portal to make paying for rent and viewing monthly statements easier.

I have been with Herman Boswell Property Management for four (4) years now. Whenever there might be a problem Sheri Swaine who has bern my property manager from day one (1) has been right there to get the request done.The maintenance people that they use are very friendly and prompt they arrive when they say they are and they complete ther job in a timely matter. I lived in a duplex managed by Herman Boswell. All maintenance was handled quickly and efficiently. Mark was my property manager (after a couple of others) and was great to work with. He showed appreciation that I left my unit in great shape and was very quick to return my deposit without issue. I would definitely rent from them again.

An employee by the name of Lisa @ Boswell Rental Property Management manages and rents a property next door to my house and permanent address. Several years ago, the fence adjacent to my house (belonging to the rental property) was severely damaged. I contacted Lisa at Boswell Rental explaining the dire need to fix the fence and Lisa informed me if I fixed the fence myself they would pay for half of the money for the materials to fix the fence. The fence got fixed with new metal post and panels. Lisa or Boswell Rental NEVER showed up with $500.00 for half of the material. To date, the fence needs
