As the founder of DFW Rent Houses and Covenant Services and Ministry, Robert has combined his experience as a property investor, his drive for community improvement, and his strategic business mindset to create a company that offers customers and clients a proactive approach to building and maximizing their long term investment and financial goals.
We care about our tenants and manage nice homes owned by landlords who maintain the rental properties. We love our tenants and ensure that they will love their landlord. We only deal with higher-end and higher-end homeowners. We hand select homes that fit our inspection processes and take safety/security/functionality personally.

We like to be upfront about what we're looking for so you can self-qualify before submitting an application and paying the required fee which is $50 per adult. All adults living at the property must apply.
We require all tenants to obtain rental insurance on their property with a minimum coverage of $10,000. This ensures tenants contents are covered. If during your assessment you find anything that needs maintenance, please submit a maintenance request through your online tenant account. We want you to enjoy your new home and will work with you to ensure the property is well maintained.
For higher priced work orders, we will need immediate payment to reimburse us for vendor pay. These funds need to be quickly sent, we prefer Zelle pay through your bank. Stressing our in house maintenance dept saves you money and helps our tenants with fast repairs. I can't express how much help and admiration I have for the crew at DFW Rent Houses.

I’ve been dealing with DFW rent houses for two years now and I will say the owner is very professional with a high quality service for myself and the families he places in the property. DFW Rent Houses has been managing our rental for 3 years now and in that time I have had nothing but excellent service. Even with the Pandemic Robert and the rest of his staff made sure everything that needed to be done ( repairs, payments, emergency repairs, late night repairs) was completed as soon as possible. I haven't had to worry or stress about the rental management. I would recommend DFW Rent Houses to anyone interested in outstanding service and trustworthiness

Military family that invested in a property out of town. Even though we were out of town, Rob did an amazing job keeping us informed and making sure we (as well as the tenant) were happy. Dealing with DFW Rent Houses has been nothing but positive. They are definately unique in the way they do business, they do actually give great 5 star service. I've used other property managers before and never had direct access to the owner even after hours! I am basically hands off on all my rentals and highly recommend the team at DFW Rent Houses.

I've managed my properties and had managers. Robert at DFW Rent Houses is by far the best choice. His screening process is great and he is absolutely on top of every issue. After having a poor manager for my house in Arlington I was disenchanted and wasn't sure it was worth having a manager again. Robert broke the mold by providing excellent service for reasonable rates. If you need a manager in the DFW area look no further.
