I highly recommend Dalian on the Park. The staff is friendly and supportive. Luxury living at its best with a conscientious team, especially during the past two years (pandemic), to keep all residents safe.
The views are incredible, and the amenities are the best. Special shoutout to Christian Cooper; the management team is lucky to have him. Thanks to the entire Dalian Team for a terrific five years!

Dalian on the Park Management team, is awesome! I am so overly joyed with my new community and Bozutto family. Dalian on the Park, is in such a beautiful location and has such a warm and welcoming feel. I have been making a huge transition from Manhattan, NY to my new home with Dalian and the entire team is just remarkable. The Dalian on the Park team are awesome because, they are patient, kind, accommodating, understanding, welcoming and high spirited. I love how the lounging areas house various crystals and how at peace I feel even in open spaces. Thank you for being such a loving and supportive

Beautiful building and wonderful staff // I worked on an Influencer campaign with Dalian on the Park and I'm so impressed with all the amenities they have to offer. I got to tour the space and the decor throughout the building and in the apartment rooms are gorgeous. You can expect a professional and caring team here who’s always throwing fun events and giveaways.

I have been happily living at the Dalian for about six months now, and I wish I had moved sooner. Over the warmer months I took full advantage of the outdoor amenities and now that it is colder i'm anticipating using our gym more often. More-so than what this building offers in amenities, the management and workers are what make this an amazing place to live. Package pickups are never an issue, everyone is so collaborative, helpful, and friendly. When you are in a tricky situation they will truly go above and beyond to assist. I recent went on vacation and realized in the airport that I had forgotten

I've been at the Dalian since June 2021 and have been completely satisfied. I moved from NYC and was looking for a full service building in a nice neighborhood. The proximity to center city and to the museum and parks added to the appeal. Love that it's a large building but it does not feel overcrowded. The staff have been professional and pleasant and quick with responses to inquiries. Glad to call the Dalian home.

Amazing building with a staff beyond my highest expectations - every single member from office, concierge, maintenance greets you warmly and by name- makes an effort to always ask if there is anymore that can be done to improve the experience! The property is exquisite- from immaculate rooms to elegant common indoor and outdoor space! Views of Philadelphia are breathtaking and the location accesses the broad resources of the city!

Dalian on the Park is the best property I have ever lived. The building is well maintained inside and out. Sandy from the leasing team is exceptional and she is very considerate and responsive whenever I need help. My only complain is that it takes some time to get the hot water and the water pressure occasionally suddenly dropped but it’s not unbearable. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with my living experience up till now.

My husband and I relocated from NYC to Philly about a month ago and we've absolutely LOVED living at Dalian on the Park. We looked at almost every apartment building in Philly and none of them remotely compare to the Dalian. The building itself it always immaculate. It feels like living in a luxury hotel - we actually decided to change our rehearsal dinner venue to the front lobby here because it's that beautiful. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. Sandy made the entire move in process so easy from start to finish, every time we sent an email with a question we had a response almost immediately

My husband and I (& our pup) love living in the Dalian! The community here is strong, and management is on top of its game. Concierge and maintenance staff are always cheerful and so helpful. Whenever anything in our apartment needs attention, either Dan or Howard will address it quickly. Whenever I hear someone humming a tune in the hall, I just know it's Terez and he'll always ask about my day/weekend/week, especially if we haven't seen each other in a while. I don't know how Brittany recognizes the residents when half of our faces are covered in masks but the attention to detail is amazing!

I have been a vendor for the Dalian On the Park for a little over a year now, and I must say that of all my past contacts theirs is the best.....by far hands down. It’s a beautiful and peaceful building that’s kept in immaculate condition, me and my team enjoy and take pleasure in helping them maintain it. The management team from Michael Allard and staff, to Greg Lenaz and staff are always available and hands on with anything needed and again it’s a pleasure to work with them. Team work makes a dream work and they put the “T” in team.... 10 Stars ⭐️ A+
