Do not trust this man. He is a SHADY business man. He will steal your money and completely defraud you. What he offers and what he delivers are two VERY different things. Do not do business with HENRY FRIEDMAN !!!!! I would give 0 stars but it won't go through unless I select atleast 1. SMH After HENRY defrauds you he won't give you your money back. Don't go near this business. I won't be adjusting this post until I'm refunded!

I have used Renaissance Properties for over 3 years now and am very happy with the service, and with the many places I've stayed.
Henry has been very accommodating and helpful, always available and has gone the extra mile to make things right if there was any problem with a space. He has also provided a few little extras whenever requested!
The units I have stayed in are all in city center Philadelphia - and often they have been priced more reasonably than local hotels and have more amenities (washer/dryer, full kitchen).
Would recommend using Henry and Renaissance Properties to a friend, and

Really nice, clean units, well equipped and furnished. Well located, close to all relevant businesses, government offices, and the medical area in downtown Philadelphia. Close to many amenities and shopping areas. Dealing with the management was easy, and fast pace. Henry, is very proactive and fast on solving issues, and fulfilling special requests. Multiple options to pay for the stay, and well priced for the units I have stayed. I definitely recommend this business.

Worst experience of my life. We rented one of the properties on market street for a month. The place was nothing like they said it was going to be. They lied to us about the apartment, about the price, about everything. We were told there is plenty of parking but the only parking is a paid lot behind the building that costs 29$ a day. Tons of things didn't work. The. Ac stopped working after one day. Our fridge started leaking water and flooded the kitchen. Took them 3 days to fix it. The sink constantly got clogged. And then there is Henry Friedman. Probably the worst thing about this management
