Just moved out after living there for 2.5 years. Absolutely loved living there! Location is perfect and close to everything. Brandon, the property manager, is incredibly responsive and handled covid related issues and delays very well. Great community in the building! After living in a series of buildings with non-responsive staff, living in the Sansom was a dream. Maintenance requests are all filled within 24 hours and the doorman is incredibly friendly and helpful with anything you may need.

I have lived here for over a year and it has been great so far! The building is in a great location and is surrounded by everything center city has to offer. The management company was very responsive and helpful the one time I had to contact them. The front desk staff is welcoming and does a great job taking care of packages. The building common spaces are well maintained and the gym and roof deck are great perks! I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a nice place to live in center city!

Easiest Review I’ve had to write.
I had to relocate from Michigan to Philly and it couldn’t have been made better by the individuals I worked with at the Sansom.
First, they FaceTime reviewed the apartment with me and made themselves available to schedule an in person view with great flexibility.
The location is great, but here’s why we’ve really been impressed.
We had furniture delivered. Since I am still in Michigan until our drive date we weren’t able to receive it. Brandon at the front desk moved an entire sectional into my apartment for me when my family and friends were unavailable

Super disappointed in my experience. I scheduled an appointment to tour the complex for today at 11:30am. I arrived 5 minutes early and could not get in as there was no one at the front desk. Finally someone left & I was able to get in. I emailed my contact to let them know I was downstairs and that there was no one at the front desk.
10 minutes went by and I received no reply, so I sent an additional message saying that I could only wait another 5-10 minutes because I took personal time from work to do the tour and I had a meeting I needed to be back for. at 11:50 (20 minutes after my appointment

I have lived here for 3 years and sometimes I feel like I never want to leave. Highly recommend this building due to the area of the city alone. Nothing is ever far away. Bars and restaurants galore and close to all major SEPTA stations.
Front desk staff is courteous and extremely friendly. One of the best perks of the building. The lobby during the week is a great way to meet people! That's how I met most of my neighbors.
The downside is the management. It is sometimes impossible to get in contact with them, but eventually they get back to you. In there has been quite a large turnover

Definitely enjoyed living here for a year. The style of the apartment is great, the finishes are beautiful. And the kitchen is gorgeous.
The community is fairly quiet except for dogs barking. No parties or loud music really. But the walls are PAPER THIN. So if your neighbor sneezes it will sound like they're in your living room... get ready to hear everyone's phone conversations and televisions loud and clear.
Downsides: thin walls, amenities are blah. No real sense of community here.

It's ridiculous that no matter how many times you contact maintenance or the leasing office, they never return calls or e-mails. On top of it, they enter my apartment without notice and on the days they claim to be coming, nobody ever shows up. No explanation. It's unprofessional and unnerving to know that people can enter my apartment at any time and not even leave a note that they were here. Or perhaps a phone call? If it happened once I wouldn't need to write this review, but it's been four years and it's getting old.
