Lived in the Versailles with my family for 4 years. Great location in Center City near restaurants, bars and wonderful Rittenhouse square. For those with kids one of the best daycares in the City โ€œRightStepsโ€is conveniently located in front of the Versailles. Walking distance from Thomas Jefferson and subway near to UPEN. Management and front desk are friendly and do a good job receiving Amazon/other packages. Maintenance is very good, โ€œRickโ€ does a great job attending your repair needs in a timely manner. Apartments are well maintained and have good quality finishes. Overall a great place

Best place to live in center city! Private, with key card entrance and code key entry to private floor entrance. Steps away from high speed line, perfect corner for walks at night or to one of the many nearby establishments. One time fee upon move in for ๐Ÿ•. Love ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’• this building

Since Iโ€™ve moved in 6 months ago, everything in the building has gone far beyond sub-par. The building management is an absolute joke, the 500% turn over rate in front desk staff has left us with literally the bottom of the barrel, and concerns and frequent contacts to the building manager go completely ignored. I would honestly give them less than a 1 star if I could

Amazing building with a spectacular location. The staff is warm, friendly, and attentive. The common areas and rooftop are incredible. The building is very pet friendly and has a great rooftop dog park. The units are spacious and sophisticated. Truly the best of Philadelphia and Rittenhouse neighborhood.

The rooms are spacious but the location is very noisy, on a commercial block in the district of Center City West (not Rittenhouse as their marketing would like out-of-towners to believe) and surrounded by bars with drunken disturbances and related sirens. Fees are extremely high (check out the lease break fee - nearly $9,000 EXTRA payment in addition to the 60 day notice for a 2BR !!!!), renters are short term so there is no real community feeling, the common area facilities are mostly just for show (nobody I met was ever able to figure out how to turn on the media center or the exercise room videos

Staff is great.
0 flexibility if you have to end your lease early.
Also, found a cockroach twice. The first time, they had an exterminator come BUT only put traps there rather than spray. Second time was the day I moved out, so i basically didn't care at that point. I would say if you are moving in, make sure you have them spray all over prior.

While the interior apartments are relatively spacious, make no mistake that this is a cash generating business for the managers, not a community. Management and door staff turn over regularly, and the prices are so high that the renters are also short term. The common areas are used to sell the building to new renters, but the facilities are not actually supported: want to use the large TV? - too bad because nobody knows how to turn it on; how about using the videos in the gym? - ditto there is no way to get them functioning; how about turning on the deck lights? - good luck. Worst of all are the

I have lived here since December 2017. Beautiful building and amazing staff. No idea what the persons comment was about poor renovation as everything (except for internet in common area) is perfect. The staff is super attentive and nice to be around. Location is perfect. We have a 1200 SF one bedroom, canโ€™t find that anywhere else in the Rittenhouse area

Recent renovation was poorly done. It's a nice location, but will be moving out because of excessive construction dust issues and lack of support to get small issues resolved.

I had to Write a review after i saw Stephanie"s review: It's even better now! New Carpets in the hallways and at the lobby, new management, and the Apt we live now was remodeled it looks amazing.

Sadly we will be relocating to another part of the country for new jobs. We learned of our transfer just after signing a new lease, and so we are interested in having someone take over this lease, pending landlord approval. In exchange, we are offering a rental subsidy of $900 ($75 per month). Price is normally $2250, and so it would be $2175 month.
Rental/Take over one-year lease of 1145 square
