I lived at the high street apartments for 3 years and loved it. I only moved because I bought a house. The apartments are very nice, affordable and has a perfect downtown location. The owner Kim was very accessible anytime a problem came up which was not often and the manager Evan was great to work with as well.
The maintenance team was very responsive and took care of things quickly. I would highly recommend any of the properties they manage in Lexington! As a University of Kentucky student, I highly recommend renting through Baughman Property Management. The rates are very reasonable and the properties are maintained meticulously.

How do I apply for an apartment? You can apply for an apartment through the Baughman Property Management website or from the link that was emailed to you the day of your tour. What are you qualifying criteria? If my income is coming in the form or a grant or school loans what is required? If you are 21 years of age you will not need a co-signor but you will need to provide a letter outlining the funds you will be receiving.

I have been working with Baughman Properties for 6 months now and they are so professional and fun to work with. Kim really cares about her tenants and is a hands on owner that takes care of her properties. Its been exciting watching her renovate and renew a landmark property in downtown Lexington. I recommend her property management company to my family and friends.

This was one the most disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. A great location was ruined by the worst customer service imaginable. When your lease is near it’s culmination they will bombard you with showings. I had to deal with 5-6 showings a week ranging from as early as 8am to as late as 8-9PM.. extremely inconvenient. There is a major disconnect between the manager and the owner. The manager will tell you what you want to hear to get you to shut up. Even if it’s not truthful. All in all, it was a great location and I’d recommend it to anyone if it wasn’t owned by this company

I lived on Royalty Court for 2 years and had a wonderful experience! Kim was a great landlord and all minor issues I had were quickly resolved. When I moved in, the apartment was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. It was perfect for what I needed having just graduated college and beginning my career. Highly recommend!
