I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. Their customer service and maintenance is severely lacking. People place trash outside of their apartments, such as old couches. The place is run down and the management is not doing a very good job at changing the ambiance of the housing complex. They towed my car with no warning through a towing company that has a 2 star review and has reviews of people's property being stolen from the cars as well as having unnecessary damage from the towing. We tried speaking to management and we were treated condescendingly and poorly. The property manager

I came to look at a apartment. Derek provided outstanding customer service. He stayed in touch prior to my tour and answered all my questions. When I went to leave my car would not start. Then I was having trouble reaching my roadside assistance. Can you believe that Derek and another BellFontaine employee got my car jumped and made sure the engine was running? They DID!!! If they will do this for a prospective tenant I think it’s pretty clear that they will take care of their current tenants! New management with Lexington heart!!! Wholly recommended them!!
