Get your grill on at the built-in kitchen that includes multiple gas grills for your cooking pleasure. This is the third student-housing complex I've lived in in Lexington, and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
You get the quality of a high-end apartment with the convenience of student housing, all for a very affordable price. Management is very friendly and genuinely cares about residents. Nice and affordable. However,. Your roommates are people you don’t know. I’ve been living with my roommates for more than 6 months and neither one of them clean up. Our apartments stinks. We have roaches, and spiders. All kinds of bugs. Management doesn’t do nothing about anything !!! Someone stole my mail and my apartment has been broken into and nothing was done about it. My roommates does not lock our door. So anyone can break .And if I could moved I would.

This place is my first apartment so I was a little worried at first but the customer service is absolutely amazing. They really go above and beyond with trying to make you comfortable and adapt to your needs. Answered all of my questions, were completely transparent, and even helped my roommates and I with our rooming. One person in particular, Aaron, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make things work for us and was highly patient. Looking forward to The Stretch!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Unless you want your car broken into or like spending a bunch of money on poorly built apartments. The place is crawling with bugs and they say people are coming to spray but said people never come. The ‘new’ pool is half the size of the old one and the ‘new’ gym closes at 6pm. The amenities are joke and the management is a laughing stock. Spend your money elsewhere! If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I can’t wait to move out of here.

They are usually nice when you call them about signing lease and tour. They sounded very determined to make you feel at home and accommodate your needs, However, after signing the lease it was a completely different story. They assured me that it will be very much possible for them to give me a room but as soon as I sign my lease they stopped picking up my call and when they did say that they do not have room and they cant do anything. There is big BUG problem (spider, ants and other ones). There’s also and increased level of crime at this property. And someone really should call the city/town

I don't typically write reviews but I thought it was important to let prospective tenants what it is like living here, so here's the tea. It has not been all bad living here so I will break it down into some pros and cons.
Pros: it is pretty affordable and I love that they pay toward utilities every month, the location is pretty good and it's just a short drive to campus, there is a lot of visitor parking if you have guests over a lot, the heat and air in our apartment has always worked great, I've never experienced issues with the water heater or pressure either, and lastly, the staff and maintenance

Over charging, random bills, lack of service, well look no further than the Stretch Apartments. All they do is listen to your issues and then charge you for services that were already agreed to in the lease. They claim that your rent is a fixed amount with electric being the only thing that can change, but you end up paying double at the end of the month. If you love being ignored and called a liar for bringing an issue to the staff then this is the place for you.

I wish I had better things to say about this property but I really do not. Some might say that it is OKAY for the price that you pay but they have loopholes in their documents where they can freely raise price without notifying the residents because they just DO NOT CARE. Crime has gone up so high at this property that it is almost no longer safe to be out after dark without feeling uncomfortable. The management is usually no help when you complain about things because they will not take any action about your concern so do not waste your breath and energy. There is a very big bug problems (spiders

Their lack of interest in returning my call regarding my concern about child's well-being baffles me. the management can do better with resolving issue. if it is taking over 6 mon to get a serious/safety concerning issue to handled, it is not being resolved (just waiting for your lease to be over so they do not have to deal with it). Personally would not recommend it since they seem very unprofessional, however, sound professional l with their work. no wonder emts are always pulling in.

What a unsafe, dirty, uncaring, slow, broken down dump. Don't keep anything in your car, because it'll definitely get broken into a couple of times. You'll see the cops there usually at least once a week. I've seen people get jumped in the parking lot. Better hope nothing breaks down in your apartment, because no one will come fix it for a long time. It's not maintenances fault. They're cool people. It's the office personnel. Some of them are nice and helpful. The higher up you go, the less they care though. The pointless speed bumps. There's a list a mile long why I wouldn't live here again.
