My daughter moved in in July and it has been nothing but wonderful. The minor issues found at move in were fixed as quickly as they could be, staff is very friendly, property is quiet and I thought well maintained and they are making improvements. Tons of activities for residents to participate in and just a pleasant spot for students and young adults. They do allow pets, but so far I think my child's dog is the only one that barks! I would highly recommend this property to any parents that are trying to find off campus housing for their kiddos.

I havent lived here too too long, but maintenance is prompt, most of the office staff is super nice, and the neighbors are for the most part good! Just kind of loud sometimes on weekends, but it is mostly college kids so it makes sense.

Apartment people were pleasant to be around and fixed things quickly, but like to slap on a lot of fees at the end of the leasing term to try to get their deposit back. I understand cleaning fees if any, but I got another $300 fee out of nowhere and a threat that they were going to send it to collection if I didnt pay it.

Roach Motel. This place has so many bugs.
They have about a million dogs barking at night and they set your lease in the middle of the month and tell you to pay two weeks over and leave. The manager is rude and nobody has any clue what's going on. The message they paste below is automated.

The area is nice but it is a high crime area. Google " Red Mile"
The always set your lease for specific dates so they can steal money and then say " we don't prorate or backdate anything" washer and dryers are terrible. internet is okay. Pool is closed off on. Just know that if that can steal from you, they will. Management is also just students. You will also never sleep because its LOUD.

The fact that the Easter egg hunt is the biggest and only perk of living here should tell it all.
It started when I put in a maintenance request for a battery change in my smoke detector because it was beeping. I put in the request early in the morning and by the end of the day it still wasn’t done.
Next, they changed everyone’s wifi saying it was “faster and better” only for it to crash at least once a week. Then, someone tried to break into my apartment through my patio door and the office staff did not care. Then, someone put slices of cheese on my car windshield during the night and

I've been living here for a few months now and ever since we moved in, there have been persistent gnat issues in various locations of the apartment (kitchen, bathrooms, by windows in bedrooms, etc).

Recently, we found out we have a mouse in the apartment. My roommates and I have seen it twice. We've also been hearing scratching in the vents ever since we moved in so we believe there must be another mouse or rodent in the vents. Recently, when we turn on the downstairs bathroom fan we've heard loud inconsistent squeaking noises too. We've contacted the office (explaining these

I just want to speak on the staff. Actually one in particular. Deonta Porter is an amazing worker. If he sees me carrying in groceries or whatever, he's quick to help me. He's always very pleasant and smiling. I can count on him to make me smile with a joke or two. When he comes on a service call, he's very prompt and thorough. You all made a good choice in hiring him.

Do not even waste your time here

I moved in in August and my room was completely dirty and messed up with a broken bed and no desk. It took 2 weeks for the desk to come in.

Also, I got my cat registered as an ESA and tried to get her removed from my lease. I handed in all my request forms in LATE January and decided to pay pet rent in February as I understood that the request would have probably not went through yet. March comes around and the pet rent is STILL on the account. Turns out they lost all of my paperwork (5 pages) and I had to rehand in the paperwork. The office told me that it was

Great apartments to move to as a new comer to Lexington. They have a great location right on red mile which is close to University of Kentucky and downtown. Management is always helpful and helped me personally. Great staff and just an overall great environment to live in. Apt. 15103

Great, well organized staff as well as fast maintenance. I think this is a new management and they are very responsive & nice. Apartments are roomy and quiet, it's a great place to live with a pet. Only downside is that the electricity is not included but it's only bad during winters since there are so many windows in the house. Even then, it's a great priced place to live with a good commute to UK campus.

I have no words for this places, it is your worst nightmare. Upon move in it was not clean! I discovered the worst of things, there was blood on the inside of the bathroom door, boogers that had been put all over the bathroom trim around the door and it reeked of the smell of weed. It took me FOREVER and a 4 automatic air sprayers set every 15 minutes for 2 weeks to get rid of the smell. I was so embarrassed to have anyone over because it smelled like pot so bad! Also they say they have an officer but they do not!! There's a cop that lives in on of the apartments but when he's home he

Apartments are okay as best, no lighting in the living room, they have a pool that is never clean or open(they decided to "remodel" in the middle of summer) they also will try to charge you for the actions of your roommates so beware

In general, this was not a bad place to live. The rooms are nice and so are the grounds. It's the management that is the problem. On the first day we had our walk thru and documented things that needed fixed, mainly the closet door in the main living area had a hole in it. This was August. When my parents visited in October, the door was STILL not fixed.

The price includes cable and internet, but you must sent up an account with the cable co. I started getting monthly bills! I had to call the cable company numerous times to get this fixed. And yes, they were shutting off my cable and internet

I love living at Campus Court. It is super accommodating for couples. I feel safe going around at night since it is very well-lit. Every other resident I've met has been friendly. The parking is pretty nice and right by the buildings. The sidewalks and stairs are kept nice and clean. The office and maintenance staff are also very accommodating and timely.

To be fair, I never lived here. I never gave this sorry institution one cent of my hard earned dollars. Rather my money went to the Organized Crime racket at Bluegrass Towing (More on parking below). But the following review is based on the rather poor experience that my girlfriend had while living there from July '09-July '10 and what I witnessed while visiting.

Management issues aside. This place is wildly overpriced for the amenities provided. The units themselves are ok, fairly standard, and the one my girlfriend rented was brand new or had been remodeled. What you end up paying
