One of the leasing agents has passed comments while I was walking my dog in the night saying we can’t keep our dog despite of having an ESA letter. No basic knowledge on ESA vs Service animal letters and of course very rude to us whenever he was there in the office. He also stated that they received multiple complaints from neighbors but we heard otherwise from other agent. All the kids in that neighborhood used to play with my dog and we never let anyone near our pet unless they wanted to. We even flew with our dog to multiple places and lived at different places and never had any issue.

Property always looks great, everyone in the office, Rhonda, Matt and Samantha are friendly and helpful. I enjoy living here and love my apartment!! Maintenance keeps up with my requests, which is much appreciated. Unfortunate the rent keeps going up in this area.

I love the property here at Reflections at Gila Springs, as well as the staff! The property is well managed and maintained, clean and a great value for space and location. The staff is very communicative and helpful and always answers any questions/ concerns I may have in a timely manner and in detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move to the area. Great for people of all different walks of life- family friendly, pet friendly, human friendly!

I am a new tenant here and my experience with this community has been more than exceptional from the application to the present. Matt made the application process a breeze even though I’m not very tech savvy. I was approved within minutes. Samantha stayed beyond her scheduled work hours to receive my car keys when it was shipped after hours. Rhonda greeted me on arrival not only with a most welcoming smile but honest and transparent information. My neighbors are friendly. My view is AMAZING!! My daughter loves her new school. This was definitely the right choice for me.

I’ve lived here a year and a half now! Love everything about this community. The apartments are very spacious and up to date ! The lake side is beautiful and nice place for exercise! Everyone is super friendly. They have all the amenities you need in one place. And the staff Matt and Samantha are great ! Always ready to help at anytime ! Maintenance is always quick to fix anything needed ! And This place is the perfect location by far ! Close to all freeways,malls,bars and shopping etc! I highly recommend Reflections !
