I enjoy talking with property management at Greentree Apartments and homes Chandler Arizona they are so respectful and kind if you have any issues in your apartment they address it immediately The property is well-kept up and maintenance I love it I am so happy that I chose Greentree Apartments couldn’t ask for a better place to stay Bianka are one of the property management team at Greentree Apartments when I come in to the office she’s always greeted me with a smile that smile brightens up my day she’s so kind and it helps me to get through my day when I see her smile I know being a property

This apartment complex is a great place to live at. It is well maintained, stays clean. Communication with leasing office is a breeze! This place is kid and animal friendly which is a plus! There are so many great benefits to living here. They even offer a service where they come and collect your trash out. I really just wanted to come out here and express how they go above and beyond. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Very happy residents!

I enjoy living at this apartment complex, I have always had great experience with the office staff. I have never had issues that prolong because maintenance is quick and I also appreciate that I never had any bug issues. To me that's big for apartment complexes. I enjoy my neighbors, we all pretty much keep to ourselves but still are friendly when we do run into each other. The apartments are big and give a very cozy vibe. I have already definitely recommended this apartment to my friends and family.

As a new resident I have been impressed with the help of all the staff members in such a short time! Anne, Bianca and Lori in the front office have made sure that my application process was a smooth and informative as possible. While the maintenance team has been great as well, they are quickly responsive with the few requests I have submitted. I am very happy with my decision to move in here and I would recommend this beautiful and well maintained property to everyone!

I would like to say Thank You to Kim for putting the backpack drive together for all our kids at the complex it was much appreciated. Also going to miss little Miss Harley's happy little face. We are loosing the best maintenance man this place has ever had. I wish him well on his next journey. And of course Happy has moved to a new position,good luck!

Love this place. The office girl Rena is very helpful and competent and fixes any problem I come across. Lived here 6 months and I personally feel like it's my own little slice of paradise. I will definitely live here for quite a while longer. There's two pools, a playground, a hot tub, as well as quite a bit of grass for walking your dog. The rent is reasonable and the maintenance is pretty good. Not to mention the power bill is significantly lower then other apartment complexes.
