When reading reviews, always keep in mind that some people will complain about anything. I've been here at Brio since June 2021(my daughter and son in law also rent here) and we absolutely love it. I feel like I'm living at a resort. The pool and gym are amazing and Imran & Gordon have been fabulous! The apartments are so nice & modern and while some noise is always to be expected in a complex this size, I have no complaints at all! If you have more than one car or frequent visitors, I can see that parking may be an issue but you have an assigned spot and can opt for a garage

The apartments themselves aren't that bad.. but management has a giant stick up their you know what. The amenities are always closed. The clubhouse has been closed for months. The main entrance gate is ALWAYS open. Anyone can get into the covered parking areas as they wish 24/7. The gym is now locked as well. I pay for a gym and clubhouse and a gated apartment complex... it's part of the monthly rent. And for some reason there's no discount for the lack of amenities which are advertised before move in. I was also charged late fees and told my check bounced due to insufficient funds

In absolute LOVE with this place. The staff is phenomenal, the quality of apartments is unreal for the money. My husband and I were looking to rent for a year until the real estate market got back to normal.. I could very realistically see us being here for a few years though. It’s like living in a resort and the staff go above and beyond here! If you choose to live here, you won’t regret it!

I've been contacting Brio on Ray for the past two or three weeks about renting a 1 bd 1 ba and everything was great until I physically came in to tour. I had scheduled my tour ahead of time and when I approached the leasing office there is a sign on the door that says to call and not to knock.
I could see one staff member sitting at his desk on his cellphone (Gordon). I called and he answered, I Informed him that I I am here for my tour. Gordon stated he did not see me on the schedule. I informed him that I scheduled an appointment for a tour of a one bed one bath and asked if he could let

Moved in March 2021, I really have enjoyed my apartment, and was warned about the parking so have no complaints about that.
But the gym and pool amenities only being open Monday-Saturday during office hours is really getting on my nerves. I have yet to be able to use them once. I understand the caution of COVID, but that is our choice to “risk our health” as Brio stated when making us sign the paper upon opening them back up.
So when they are open and no one is regulating how many people are using it, how does that make any more sense than having it open completely? Brio already put the responsibility

I lived at Brio for 10 months and I have to say I loved my apartment and the modern look to it. My apartment was so quiet I hardly ever heard noise from the neighbors. Imran the leasing manager was so helpful to answer any questions I had in detail and is so professional and kind.
The reason I give it 4 stars is because of the limited amount of parking spaces. You should definitely get a garage if you live here (if available) because after 4pm you'll almost never find an extra space.
I chose to move in here in March because I loved the pool, gym and yoga room but they closed down the day

Do not let the new nice apartment look itself fool you into moving into these apartments! I wish I had read all the horrible reviews on this place before I even considered moving here. There is no smoking allowed in or anywhere on the premises. There is no parking for you or your guests not that you can even have any guests after certain hours. The rules are out of this world crazy and you will obey them or Brio will make you pay with your life literally. I was kicked out of these apartments not because I'm a trouble maker but because the cops were coming to make sure I was doing ok. Yes you read

Not only do I love my apartment, but I think the management is great too! Aside from my noisy neighbors upstairs and the lack of uncovered parking (just the usual apartment bs), I can't really complain. The complex is clean, quiet, and everything advertised.
I do wish they would open the amenities. There is no state or city ordinance calling for the facilities to be closed. They have the pool and gym open during office hours but that doesn't exactly help the people who work a 9-5 job. It makes zero sense to let people in during office hours but not other times. This isn't helping

Enron who works here is awesome! Hope I spelled his name right. He is the only reason why my beautiful wife and I continue to live here. This place is safe, nice and new. Anytime you live in an apartment it is easy to find things to complain about, eventually there will be an imperfect day (as you can see in negative posts). That is life. To me what is important is how things are dealt with when or if something goes wrong. If anything goes wrong Enron takes care of it ASAP. That level of service is hard to find, but we are lucky enough to have found it here.

We have lived here for 3 months now and love the complex! The apartment and the complex are beautiful. We've had a couple of maintenance issues that were addressed right away. The maintenance staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
In the office Imaron is amazing! He is professional and if he doesn't know the answer to your question he finds out and gets back to you ASAP. In my experience most managers like to come off as hard and try to intimidate, but I do not feel that way about Imaron and do not hesitate to call with any questions or concerns. There is a new leasing

I have lived at Brio On Ray for 2 months now and I have enjoyed my time living here. They are nice and updated apartments with amenities like valet trash and the fitness center which I love to use. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. The few maintenance requests I've had were taken care the same day or the following day. All other residents I have passed or come in contact with have all be friendly. Parking is sparse here. I pay extra to have a garage to keep my car out of the sun but I also have one assigned parking spot which my boyfriend parks in when he comes over. When I

I have been extremely happy about moving here. The property is kept up very well with great people. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I love the common areas such as pool, hot tub, workout room, lounge, large grills, dog park and spa. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you very much Brio on Ray staff.

I Have come to realize there is no parking here at all even if they get you to buy a garage for 100$ a month still leaves you no parking for guests or anyone that wants to visit. I see people parking at food city and walking to there apartment. It's sad to see people paying so much for rent without the luxury of being able to even park on property. The walls are very thin and you can always hear people above and around you. The management is kind of a hit or miss if you get professional service or not. Also I saw another review about it technically not being a gated community which seems true

DO NOT RENT HERE, gates always broken. Cops are always there. They let people park in handicap spots, but tow you if you park in the charging stations?? That's bias if you ask me!! The manager is a lady who will not provide her name. Very professional huh lmao! Hung up in the middle of the call and is purposely not in the office so I could not report her bad work ethics. I'm confused on why this manager is working there and if I was the property manager, I would highly recommend keeping an eye on her cause I bet she acts like she'll do anything for her boss. But in her day to day

I have been very pleased since we moved in here. The staff is absolutely AMAZING!!! If I have ever had any issues they have been resolved quickly and diligently. The grounds are kept clean and in order. The few rules they have are very easy to follow. The only downside is the parking. There is parking open in the Food City parking lot right next door if anyone needs extra parking. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you staff at Brio on Ray.

This is a beautiful property. I stopped by to tour on the 3rd, the office was busy but the young lady that was up front Sammy was very polite and helped us in a timely manner. She was so knowledgeable through the whole tour. Parking would be our main point of not living here but Everything else makes it worth it: we viewed a two bedroom and it has so much storage space. I want to thank your staff for being so kind and when we finish our lease we will be back.

My mother and I were cursed out by young children playing in the gym yesterday.. ya you read that correctly. We were cursed out!
After school the unsupervised kids that live here run a muck and happily enjoy the amenities. This place is now full of individuals and families who don't know how to have nice things or live in a nice place.
If your interested in renting here stop by during the after school hours so you can see that this place is run by children. Or come by at night on a weeknight and join one of the many loud neighborhood kickbacks. While your at it ask a police officer how

Just started assigned parking. One covered spot per apartment which is normal. But not when there are only about 20 uncovered spots. Tons of other issues with this place I could go on for days. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Can't wait to get out.
PS. Don't move here, I need a place to park

We moved in about 3 months ago and the staff working at the Brio on Ray (which changes frequently) has lost interest in the residents. The complex is no longer under construction, but does not feel safe or finished; gates very often don't work or are stuck open, the management often refuses to accept responsibility for problems at the complex, there are many non-residents wandering around the complex at all hours of the day and night, and packages mysteriously don't arrive.

On the surface it looks good, staff lie and tell you what you want to hear to keep you out of their office. They've even put up fake reviews of the property, pretending to live there to get the ratings back up. (Facebook)
We were harassed by another tenant over several months, my daughter stalked by the same man, and everything went ignored until he egged our door. Then we got a protective order and moved out. For your peace of mind - drive by.

After living here for awhile , I've noticed some very irritating characteristics about this complex.
1. The gate is consistently broken
2. This isn't a true gated community, as you can walk right through the leasing office area through the pool to your parking spaces and apartments
3. The surrounding area is sketchy as hell. Weird people from the trailer parks walk up and down all night .
4. The staff has a high turnover rate
5. The harass you with eviction within 1 day of late rent. That's ridiculous. Some people actually forget the date . And cone home to changed locks .
