Used Dave from Indy pro a couple years ago. He flew through the inspection like he was setting a record, and he missed so many items. Especially on the condition of our siding and condition of our AC unit. Siding has since had to be completely replaced, with our siding contractor being dumbfounded it wasn't called out on inspection. Mentioned so many obvious signs that any decent inspector would have saw. Also, came to find out the AC unit was from 98 and in bad condition, nothing was noted in the inspection. How do you not note a 20 yr old AC on the inspection as a concern?! Honestly I would have

I am a first time home buyer and am completely new to the entire process (including the inspection). I am so thankful that I chose to go with Indy Pro Inspection and that Derek completed the inspection. He was very thorough and made sure to document every little thing, all while explaining it to me. They do a great job. We were looking to move from out of state and they were very accommodating. Dave's inspection report was thorough and well-explained (saved us from buying a lemon!). Staci was super easy to work with over the phone as well. Glad we went with Indy Pro for our inspection!

As a first time home buyer, my husband and I were not super knowledgeable about the home inspection. Stacci in the office was easy to talk to and helped us pick the package for our home. Derek was our inspector and he did an amazing job. He was VERY thorough and took lots of pictures. He took the time to explain his findings and show us in the house what he was talking about in the report. The detailed report was available at the end of his inspection and sent to us immediately. The report included pictures, major concerns, minor concerns, and general repair information that they give to new homebuyers

When we arrive at our "new" house Derek was already there, set up and ready to go. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to to and what we should expect. He encouraged us to follow him so he could also explain things as he went along. He was thorough, professional, fun and make a mildly stressful day much easier. We would definitley use Indy Pro again for our next house. GREAT job Derek!!

Fantastic service! I'm an out-of-state investor and I reached out to several companies but Indy Pro was quick and available to schedule an inspection on my potential investment property within about a week. Staci on the phone was very prompt with communicating with me, the inspector, the selling/buying agents--I didn't really need to do anything to coordinate the inspection after I called her. The inspector Carl was top notch. He gave a detailed inspection as expected but he was great about talking to me over the phone to give me a frank breakdown of the different inspection items. I'm a new investor

I have used Indy Pro Inspection twice. Once for myself when I was selling a home and when I was purchasing one. Dave is a very thorough and professional individual and I got nothing less when it came to his services. When selling my first home I was able to sell much quicker because I fixed a lot of the problems that came up on the report.
