Honestly, this company has amazing customer service. Huge shoutout to Dan C.! I had a follow up question, I called the company and within the same day I had an answer. They are fair on pricing, and work with you to get things scheduled (I had to delay quite a few times due to builder) will use going forward for sure!

I hired Security Home Inspections to complete an inspection for a home purchase in March 2019. In the time since we purchased the home, we have had to repair four different items that were within the scope of the inspection but that were missed. I brought these concerns to the attention of the owner and they were met with argument. I will be using a different provider in the future and encourage others to do the same.
UPDATE: Recently discovered that our main electrical panel was not to code and overheating. Fortunately discovered this myself before the house burnt down.

The staff are professional and are great to work with. We had to do 2 home inspections due to having an unacceptable first one. The only inspector I would use is Braden. He is professional, detailed, and willing to answer any questions. We will be sending our family and friends to to Braden and the staff at Security Home Inspections.

Braden was very thorough and took extra time to explain to us what he was looking for, what he was seeing, and potential ways to fix the issues he brought to our attention. We really enjoyed working with Security Home Inspections because getting an estimate and scheduling an appointment were painless, and everyone we interacted with was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Our home inspector Brad was professional and thorough during our home inspection. He walked me through his findings and answered all my questions to help me gain a good understanding of the inspection on my home and the corrections needed and why. He even talked to me about good home maintenance over the years to ensure the home remains in good shape. I would highly recommend home inspection services
