We used Markham while building our new home and 11 month new build inspection. When I first called I knew that they were going to be the company we wanted to take care of our home. Morgan answered all of my questions before I even had to ask ( this was our first home so we had a ton of questions). We were so impressed we did not even call another provider. The superior service did not stop there. Kevin, our inspector, was extremely professional, thorough and went above and beyond in answering all of our questions. Customer service has been almost non existent from most companies during Covid but

I reached out to Markham Inspection Services for an inspection that needed to be done rather quickly. I heard back asap the next morning (I reached out the night before), and we scheduled our inspection for the next day. I worked with Scott and Kevin, and had a wonderful experience! It was just me for the inspection and they explained everything in a way that I could understand, they were pleasant to work with, weren't dire about any issues, but were also clear about what we should be aware of. We used Markham for our pre drywall and our pre final walk through. This team is nothing short of amazing! By the time it was pre walk through it felt like old friends coming help out. I used Markham last year when I was purchasing an older home. They were very thorough and showed me what they were looking at throughout the inspection. Chris and Kevin took their time to answer my questions and those of my realtor. Morgan was very responsive to my phone calls and emails. I did not purchase that home since it had more issues than I could repair. I found another new home and they inspected it for me. Chris worked with my schedule so I did not have to take off work either time. Chris did a re-inspection for me it was needed with the home I purchased. I would highly recommend Markham

I hired Markham to inspect my new construction home. They delivered a very detailed and easy to read report back on the same day as their inspection. Our inspection for our new home (out of our state) required trust -- a lot of it. We relied so heavily on Markham and they came through with flying colors!!!! The inspection was very, very thorough and the report was excellent quality and very specific . We knew exactly what the issues were. I dealt with Morgan first, and she was always prompt in getting back to me with answers to my questions.
