We begin by taking a look around the outside of the home, searching for anything that might be loose or damaged. It is impossible to know exactly how long an HVAC system will last, this depends on a variety of different factors, such as use and maintenance, what we are looking for is whether or not it works.
Pre-Drywall Inspection: It is important to inspect your home before drywall is hung so that you can identify any potential problems before it becomes messy and expensive to fix them. A pre-drywall inspection will make sure any potential plumbing, electrical, structural, heating & cooling, and framing issues are addressed before they are covered up.
You do not have to get a mold inspection, but if you suspect the home might have mold it would be a good idea. Molds produce tiny spores to reproduce. Mold spores waft through the indoor and outdoor air continually. When mold spores land on a damp spot indoors, they may begin growing and digesting whatever they are growing on in order to survive.

We couldn't have asked for a better inspection on our property we're in the process of purchasing. Kim did a fantastic job walking us through room by room the concerns he found no matter how small they may have been. We appreciated the extra effort he put in to show us where all the emergency shutoffs were for any of the utilities in case of an emergency.

Kim did an excellent job inspecting our home. He was extremely thorough and took significant time to explain to us the different issues he found. He also very approachable and didn’t ever make us feel like we were asking stupid questions. I also appreciated the efforts he took (e.g., brought own rugs) to keep our home clean. Finally, his report was very detailed - including pictures and noting where fixes would be easy.

With being a first time home owner, I did not know much about the ins and outs of a home. I got a hold of Kim on a Thursday and the following Tuesday we met at my new house. He was amazing, extremely knowledgeable with the big things and even the smallest little details.
