I cannot say enough about this restaurant. The warm and inviting staff, the beautiful and elegant environment, and the food--oh the food. Menu items meticulously imagined and artfully crafted; savory, sweet, rich, bright--simply stunning. The duck confit brought a tear to my eye, my butter knife cut right through the rich dark meat, and the crispy skin was perfection. One single bite on my fork--the delicate duck meat, the creamy pumpkin risotto, a half of a Brussels sprout painted with a light char, a tangy cipollini onion dripping, a dewy pomegranate aril topping it all off like a precious ruby

All I can say is WOW, they really know how to cook and the service is the best in Portland. The flavors are amazing. Huge wine list and did I mention how great the service is? Craig has always taken great care of us and makes wonderful suggestions. Can't say enough and can't wait to go back. Bravo Team!

Love love LOVE this place. A hidden gem by all means. Their osso bucco is AMAZING. Their chef's are top notch and work with local FRESH IN SEASON ingredients. 10 out of 10, would bring my friends or family here. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL

This is my favorite local restaurant hands down. Amazing cocktails, delicious food & cool staff (best bartender ). When I'm in town I go once a month easy. Lunch & dinner are equally good. You don't be disappointed.

Very welcoming from the start! Warm and inviting, great table and kind service. To start, we had two drinks from the cocktail menu- sazerac and a version of a whiskey sour. The whiskey sour was very well balanced but the sazerac tasted very sweet as if it were already made as a batched cocktail. For the price, that shouldn't be a thing!

Came highly recommended by a few dear friends. The place is well kept and quaint. Staffs were freindly. We were quickly seated. Menu had a lot unique dishes and everything looked tantalizing. We settled for the Deviled caviar deviled egg, pear salad, Osso Bucco, and Seafood stew.
The foods were scrumptious. Everything were prepared and paired well. The few highlights were the refreshing pear salad, tender and juice osso bucco and the seafood. The only thing I thought they could have done better is clean the beard off mussels a bit more. Otherwise a definate place for great food downtown Portland

Everything was simply delicious. Cocktails, cheese plate, flat iron steak, fish, and Turkish coffee ice cream, all of it was perfection!

My friend and I popped in here for dinner a couple weeks ago. We were hoping for the octopus and burrata that we saw online, but we still enjoyed what we ordered...I had the seafood stew and my friend had the ravioli. Both were delicious! The atmosphere and service was perfect for a relaxing evening. I'll definitely be back.

If you're looking for a fantastic restaurant for a knockout meal with your friends or person, then stop searching and book a reservation. This place will let you dine in comfort with excellent service and incredible food.

We started with cocktails and both liked our selections. The wild mushroom bruschetta is pure charred perfection, but is a little spendy for the portion you get. We both loved the poached egg and bacon salad, but really adored the pork shank with pickled mustard seeds.

Saving room for dessert was a wise call and we liked their housemade ice cream a ton

My friend and I visited Portland for my birthday and Q Restaurant and Bar was the first place we visited. We were pleasantly surprised and Q Restaurant and Bar ended up being our favorite restaurant we visited during our entire trip. Came here for a business lunch recently and was very happy with my meal and service. I made a reservation and arrived a few minutes early to check in with the host. She finished seating a walk up and proceeded to find a table for me. I was sat right away and waited for my dining companion to join me. I was greeted by the server very quickly and was told the specials. Once my companion joined, we were able to order our meals. I went for a burger with salad. Food came out very quickly and it was a lovely presentation. My burger was slightly overcooked as I had asked for medium and it was more medium

The 5 star rating is pretty rare for me, but this establishment was on the mark or rather above the mark for service and food.
We were seated promptly at our reservation time, and were promptly brought our drink orders and a lovely warm baguette with great butter and sea salt on the side.
I immediately spotted the Osso Bucco on the menu and asked our server how the restaurant prepared it. Some establishments do a quick cook ,instead of the long slow braise needed for this dish. It was highly recommended and I am so happy I tried it. Fantastic, melt in your mouth flavor. The green salad was perfect

This is one of the best restaurants in Portland. The staff is incredible, the food is outstanding, and the atmosphere is chic. They leave the huge sliding windows open as well, and seat people as far apart from other parties as possible. We had the Osso Bucco with risotto and the Hanger steak with potatoes and broccolini. Side note: eat the marrow. It's like gravy, although that's like calling caviar "fish eggs". This was the best meal we've had in a long time. I don't give 5 stars often. This place earned it.

My husband took me here for a special occasion and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great.
The food was indescribable. This restaurant clearly has chefs who love food and want to wow your taste buds. I purposely saved half of my entree just so I could savor it again later.
Yes, the restaurant is classy and upscale, but you come for the food first and the ambiance second.

Was in portland for only a night and hungry from our drive in. Found Q and was able to get a table indoors on short notice. The food is divine. the osso bucco is rich, flavorful and the meat is fork tender. The burger is juicy and simple, which adds to it's scrumptiousness. the fries are great too. Ordered the watermelon salad as it was during the PNW heat wave, it hit the spot. The watermelon was sweet, juicy and flavorful. Highly recommend ordering it. The corn chowder was one of the best we've ever had - lots of plump kernals of corn, rich cream and seasoned well. The ribs appetizer

Had a great time eating here. Loved the Filet Mignon the best. The seafood stew was really good as well. (Mussels were so fresh!) The Mille Crepe was also nice though a bit too sweet for me. Overall a great dining experience here.

What an amazing place. Everything was delicious and service was attentive. This place feels like old Italian style home cooking but better. Left here so satisfied and craving more. Very intimate setting, great for a date night.
