While I do not reside here, the staff is amazing! I am house sitting and had trouble getting in. They were so understanding and took care of the issue. Even followed me upstairs to ensure I was able to get in AND loved on the kitty I’m watching. If that doesn’t show extraordinary customer service, I don’t know what does!

I LOVE it here. The location, the property/ security & the staff are excellent. Highly recommend living here. The floor plans are amazing! Also the property manager, Valerie is the best, she will make sure you are taken care of. Everything you could want in a place you are calling home, is here.

Gorgeous, spacious apartments in a historic building downtown. Abbie in the leasing office in particular did a great job guiding a comprehensive tour, answering questions, and discussing the exciting renovations to common spaces in the works. Highly recommend that young professionals moving to Memphis check out Pembroke Square.
