Not sure if I should feel bad for the employees or to feel heartless because they know who they are working for. I have been living here for 1 year and 2 months and have not had 1 week of all the things we pay for. At this point I feel I will have write a review and letters to management everyday until my incident reports are resolved. This is day one.
Issue today I'm upset about I'm using a lamp in my bathroom, because they have yet to fix the light properly.

I Might as well be living in the red roof inn.. It’s crazy that they asked me for a good review so I kinda felt bad and I left one. Now look at me I can’t even get a filter for my unit. Gnats still bad, tub needs resurfaced and the neighbor jumps hurtles through the night so white sheet rock falls from the ceilings. The alley door seems to be broken on the weekends and the main entrance door been down for 3 months. Just be prepared to carry on with your day or get robbed coming in the back door when returning home.. The Washburns leasing office is located in the number 10 main so I decided

I was interested in a one bedroom apartment. The tour was so inviting, I felt like I was already home. The new staff member made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. The apartment and the staff really made the drive worth it. This is a winner!

Lovely place to live...super service and personnel! The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, as well as very quick to attend to any problems that arise . The facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous maintenance staff. The location is awesome as it is convenient to various restaurants with so many activities to enjoy in the Downtown area!

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CONDITION. I wish someone warned me. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I moved in here Dec 1st of 2020. Since I have lived here, I have had problem after problem in my apartment without any of them being resolved. A couple months after living here it was bought by a new management company which I thought was going to turn everything around but only made things worse. I had to pay for my own mail key because my mail box was broken, my bedroom has a leak in the roof that has not been fixed, my dishwasher drawers are broken, I am missing a knob in my

Do your homework on this property before you move in. The leasing office staff is very disorganized. You have to walk down to the Number 10 Main apartments to even speak to anyone because they don't EVER answer the phone. When I moved in, I had to pay a company to come & install a light in my bedroom because they wouldn't answer or replace the light/fan. I waited for 2 months. There is a massive amount of trash in the parking garage underneath the building. Most of the lights in the parking garage are blown. You have to step over trash to get in & out of your vehicle.
