I live in the Senior building here at Legends Park. I just renewed my lease for another year. My experience with the management is that they are top notch and responsive even though I am probably one of their most dificult residents. This past year was dificult due to Covid but they were pro active with masks and distancing and were able to get residents who wanted vaccinated here onsite. They made me feel safe here. I was worried when Ms Taylor our onsite manager was promoted but the new property manager is great also. They both are assets to their company and should be promoted above their peers

I love staying over here the townhomes are nice and its a quiet neighborhood. However, management and the maintenance staff are unprofessional and not efficient at all. Since I moved in which was in 2019 the light fixture in the kitchen has been cracked and despite me informing the leasing office of this several times all I have been told is "we have to order some". Recently, the toilet in my upstairs bathroom was leaking which caused a leak in my living room. I put in a maintenance request for the bathroom far before it started leaking in my living room but I was informed "the leak in my bathroom

I have been a resident since 2018 at which point the property was great! Friendly management, swift operating maintenance, well kept, etc. there was nothing back I could say about the complex. However in 2019 the management changed and here it is 2020, I’ve witnessed my neighbors Tahoe get broken into (via broken windows, property stolen), domestic violence neighborhood wide, my bedroom wall met a bullet the day before New Year’s Eve (the bedroom I and my newborn son sleep in) and constant gunshots on a weekly basis. Not to mention the new staff who is less than kind. The units themselves are

We will be moving in this weekend, the reason why we are still moving in is because the area manager (Christina)stated that we would forfeit our deposit if we don't move in at this point. My family and I have been having some hardship lately and needed to move rather expeditiously and I explained this to the young ladies at the property but there was no sense of urgency, sympathy, empathy, or concern for the matter. I went in and put in an application fee and paid our deposit on the 15th of August and thereafter I never received any correspondences or updates despite my repeated phone calls and

Incredibly unsafe. There have been several shootings since I moved in only 6 months ago. Around November my vehicle was shot up in the complex. This week, my townhome was shot up, breaking multiple windows. If you value your physical well being, look elsewhere. Posting anonymously for safety.

I would not recommend if you consider renting this apartment. The management needs to take their responsibility just as each tenant pays their rent each month. It has been 6 months since I requested service for my apartment. They turn deaf ear to my request.

Bottom line: if you're considering renting a unit in Legend's Park, e-mail me directly. I'll give you an objective look of the life of a tent under McCormack-Baron management; pictures, screenshots of messages, etc, all you need to know about living here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
In short, the last 6 weeks living here have been an absolute nightmare. My windows were shot out around then, and it took them over 3 weeks to get a replacement, despite my complaints that it was over 80 degrees in my house. They told me initially it would take two weeks for them to "get the order in." After
