Abbie and Valerie in the leasing office were so incredible to work with during our move from California! They went above and beyond to help us make our moving experience a success. The apartment is lovely and we feel very safe and secure here. The amenities are great but the best thing so far has been the amazing leasing staff. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

The staff at the gayoso house goes above and beyond for their tenants. Abbie helped me not only find a beautiful apartment, but even let me stay in the model for two weeks until it was ready since I was moving before the date it was available. Coming from out of state to a new place is scary, but the staff at the gayoso house take a lot of those fears away with their welcoming personalities and genuine kindness. I am new here but I feel completely at home already.

I just moved in this apartment on 01/10/2022. First impression of my apartment and Gayoso House is 5 ⭐️! Leasing process was as smooth as it can be and Abbie was very helpful and always gave prompt response for any questions I had during my application/leasing process! My apartment was renovated right before me moving in and the renovation was very well done! Loved it!

I will be a new resident on 17th of this month so I can’t speak much on the living experience just yet but I want to go ahead and give a review on the office staff. Mrs. Valerie has been so helpful and has made my process easier than I could’ve ever imagined. I’m sure my constant phone calls and emails were too much at times but she was always as nice as she could be, and when I couldn’t reach her Abbie was right there to help me in whatever way I needed. My unit has been recently renovated and it looks amazing, everything has gone great and I’m expecting my living experience to be nothing

I absolutely love living here! Finding my dream apartment was so easy because of the prompt and professional service delivered by the wonderful leasing staff. Valorie and Abbie are such a pleasure to work with, and made the move in process very easy for me. Being able to walk or take the trolley from my home and enjoy what this beautiful city is such a treat. Uber convenient location and the best parking Downtown! Will re-sign my lease here most certainly !!!!

Scrolled through the reviews for inspiration, on person summed it up nicely, Valerie made us feel like we were old friends, she made us laugh, and as a mom I cried when she said that she knew it would be tough for me leaving my baby girl somewhere strange, across the country, and being from New Jersey she is correct. We have not made a decision on housing as of now, but wanted to review Valerie as soon we got finished with our tour,, prior to dinner, it is mentionable that we are headed where she recommended. The property is beautiful as well, she represents it nicely. We wish there were better

I’ve been living at Gayoso for almost a year now and I love it! The location is one of the best parts about living here. It’s walking distance from pretty much everything downtown. I have an upgraded apartment and I love the layout. I picked Gayoso because of the open floor plan, big windows, and high ceilings. It makes the space feel a lot bigger than what it really is. We recently had a change in property management teams and I love the new staff! They are friendly, they frequently do sweet giveaways like donuts, champagne, cases of water, etc and it makes me feel appreciated as a resident

I moved to Memphis for a job straight out of college. Never being to the 901 or renting an apartment, the process of finding a great space for a fresh face was overwhelming. Until, I stumbled across The Gayoso House at Peabody Place and met leasing professional Abbie Beaver. From giving a great tour of the property to helping me every step of the way make The Gayoso my new home, she was incredibly gracious, hospitable— while also being organized, and well-Informed.
