I recently visited this complex and I’m very impressed! Someone greeted me as soon as I arrived. The manager Torey and the rest of the staff were all friendly and professional. I’ve visited two other apartments and Alta W Gray is at the top of my list! I have one more to see and I’ll be making my decision. Thank you for making me feel at home.

I love living here ! The staff are so friendly, prompt, and helpful. I’ve been here about a year and a half now and just moved into a bigger unit. They made my move so easy and stress free, and transferring existing insurance, Internet, etc was a breeze. The building is also gorgeous, clean, and calm at all times !

Living here has been absolutely great! Torey Hawkins was a great help with getting my lease and made it fun while touring the place. Everyone in the office is kind, the grounds are kept clean, and all work orders get solved pretty fast. I’d definitely recommend taking a tour to see for yourself.

From the moment my partner and I walked in, we knew that we had made the right decision in choosing Alta West Gray as our new home! Jess was our tour guide and helped us through any questions we had about the application process. She was not only professional, but very nice and super patient with us when I changed which apartment I wanted to view at the last minute. I also appreciate that she was friendly to everyone and knew nearly all of the residents that we came across by name, which is something I love to see in a community.

The property location and the amenities are to die for! Not to mention how amazing the staff is. Jess was really hands on with coordinating the tour as well as the dates we were interested in. Although, our dates are further out we got a great idea in mind. We will definitely be back to lease! Keep up the great work Jess, thanks again for a wonderful tour.

I loved living here. Jess and the rest of the staff are always cheerful and helpful no matter what you need. The building itself is very nice and all the amenities are seemingly brand new. It's also a great location in Houston.. it feels like every neighborhood is within less than a 10 minute drive and the Bayou trails are within walking distance.

This building is Houston. Houston is this building. If you like living In Houston, you will like living in this building. If you don't like Houston, you won't like this building. Read my previous reviews if you must. I currently live here, However I probably will not renew my lease here. That's where I will leave it. The management is promising to make many positive changes to the property. I wish them good luck.

Well they say the garage door is fixed! It's not.
It now intermittently works and they tell you that you're wrong when you tell them it's not working. And we no longer have a night security guard.
We just had a major break in last night with 3 cars having their wheels stolen.
Do not rent here. Oh and the freight elevator is down yet again.
The leasing staff has no integrity. They don't care about your security they just care about you paying rent. If you value your personal safety do not rent here. Don't be fooled about how pretty the lobby looks.

Would not recommend renting here. The building is "secure" however the doors to the inside of the building only work part of the time, the garage entry has been broken for months - they say they have onsite security but you hardly ever see them. There is no update as to when the garage will be fixed or the doors, however, they continue to charge a surplus for "security." The elevators go out at least once a week - if you are moving or have a large package and ask for assistance, they tell you "sorry you have bad timing." The trash can only be accessed when the elevators

I recently moved in to Alta West Gray and Jess Betz was my leasing professional. Upon my initial tour of the community, she was very helpful and patient although it was during COVID. She was able to answer all my questions about the community, since I was relocating to Houston. She also allowed me to tour a second time before I left to go back home and still was patient. Her personality, the finishes of the apartments and the size of community really was a factor in my decision making process. I am now moved in and enjoying my apartment and my decision to move to Alta West Gray.

I would like to preface this review by mentioning how I am one who hardly ever writes any reviews. But after living at Alta West Gray for over a year and having been through a number of negative experiences, I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others make a more informed decision before signing their lease here.
First off, this apartment complex is gorgeous. Perimeter around complex is beautifully landscaped and well lit at night. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with modern chic and clean decor, fresh scent. Public spaces like the clubroom and gym are well-kept and inviting;

Jasmine is truly the light of my life !!! She made my whole leasing and touring process so smooth and easy. Her promptness, attentiveness, and general positive attitude sold me on Alta West Gray before I had even set foot on the property. The building is super clean, well maintained, and has a gorgeous modern aesthetic that I love. Love the building and thanks again to Jasmine for a wonderful experience !!!!!

The units have great finishes and I love that there's all wood flooring throughout the apartment- it's especially great since I have a dog. The amenities of the apartment are also nice and well kept. The other residents are also very respectful and personable.
The neighborhood is so convenient. There are lots of great restaurants and bars nearby, along with grocery stores, nail salons, dry cleaners - you name it! It's a few blocks from Buffalo Bayou park and there's a smaller neighborhood park that has a dog park

Moved from out of town to this brand new complex about 6 months ago and have nothing but good things to say! The staff is so kind and accommodating. Knows our pups by name and is readily available for any questions. The maintenance requests are completed the same day. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this one is by far the best! Great gym and pool area and so convenient!!

I recently moved in last month, and I am absolutely loving it here so far! Michelle was my leasing agent and she was so awesome! She took me all around the complex showing me different units with different views, and even took me into the model unit to help me with decorating ideas!
Kerrie has been awesome as well, she is always available and eager to help with whatever questions I have as a new resident! I absolutely love living here. To start, when I visited the apartment a few months ago, a current resident stopped me to say that his experience here has been phenomenal. I have to say that he was spot-on!

What an exquisite property nestled on the border of Midtown/ Montrose. The property is amazing with every upgrade you can think of including prewire Bluetooth for every unit. We've lived here for only one week but so far we are THRILLED! The apartment is so beautiful and the views are amazing. The management team is fabulous -- friendly and effective, eager to please. Dominique was our main contact for the move-in and we just love him. Everything went smoothly. The maintenance people are prompt and know what they're doing. The other residents are friendly. The neighborhood is fabulous, too. We love the mix of people and architecture. Great restaurants are nearby. Really, I can think of only positive things to say. We are so happy to be here.

I moved here in the beginning of October and so far it has been nothing short of amazing. The location in Houston can not be beat and is central to everything you need to be a happy Houstonian (food, fun, bars, grocery stores, exercise places!) It is walkable and bike friendly in this area as well. The staff at Alta has been so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure my move was smooth and that my new home was perfect.
