I have had an amazing experience and would certainly recommend this great community. Although I took some time to make my decision final, the staff has been so kind and patient. Allie has been so amazing and understanding and put all of my concerns to rest... thus, making my choice very simple. I am so pleased and excited to call The Westheimer my home. Thank you!

We are so happy that we decided to live here at the Westheimer! The community here is wonderful. We've met lots of friendly neighbors, some of whom have become close friends. The staff often host get-togethers which really develop a sense of community here. All the staff are so caring and friendly, and they are so prompt at taking care of things if ever an issue comes up. It's always a pleasure to stop in for a chat with them during the day! The maintenance staff are always helpful if ever we need them, they've always been quick to help with any minor issues we may have had.

The Westheimer Apartments are absolutely amazing. Fantastic location, but the staff is what makes this place so great! Ally has been a great help from the beginning of the touring process. Roxanne is always sweet and is always up for a conversation. Jordan is an absolute joy to see daily and has always gone above and beyond for any customer service needs! I personally had an interesting incident happen and he made sure everything was taken care of beyond what I expected! 10/10 would recommend this location to any of my friends and family!

The Westheimer Apartments has great spaces with high ceilings, community events, all the amenities you need (my personal favorite is the amazon lockers and the free coffee), but the best part about this complex is their office staff!
The staff here goes out of their way to accommodate. We had to break our lease to move from a 1BR to 2BR and Allie genuinely helped us through the process and did not just screw us over and take our money like most complexes would’ve.
Jordan and Roxanne are THE sweetest and are always ready to help. Seriously such a pleasure working with this office staff, service

I would not recommend living at the Westheimer. The staff is super nice to you upfront and the location is great. However, I've had problems with my downstairs neighbors since the day I've moved in and the management team has condoned their atrocious behavior; I'm sick of paying money to let them all gang up on me. I cannot wait to move out.
The way the rules are written allow my neighbors to have a say in what I do at any hour of the day. This past week, the manager called me for working out in my apartment at noon on a Friday. He told me that any excessive noise is warranted

I loved loved living here! Everything is so clean and the location is fabulous. We had an amazing view from our apartment. The staff are extremely friendly. I loved getting to know Roxanne, Allie and Jordan at the front office. Maintenance was always on top of it when we needed them. They have accommodated us very well. I would recommend this place to anyone! Amenities are great ei. pool, coffee bar, dog area. Apartments are very well furnished too. I always felt very safe as well.

I've lived here since December 2018 & recently transferred to a new unit on the property. The fact that I've decided to stay is an endorsement of the property and management here. I've been in Houston since 2014 and this is the first apartment community that I have chosen to stay beyond the initial lease term. I am pretty picky but simply put: Pros outweigh the Cons for me. 4/5 stars based on 14+ months as a resident.
The building is pretty well maintained; though the elevators go out on a semi-regular basis & more often than not the grills seem to be out of gas (hard-line gas for the grills would

If someone is choking at this apartment complex, better do the Westheimlich Maneuver on them.
We were thinking of moving in here and it was one of the top five places left in our list. We toured extensively and even spend the night with our friends that live here. Didn't work out.
It's because of what happened with our friends about 2 weeks later, won't be too specific so as not to get any individuals who work for this building or our friends, in trouble.
It was a huge melodrama mainly around money, which I tried to help resolve, and directly due to that, we ended up not moving

This is an initial review regarding my leasing process and staff so far. I will definitely be updating it based on further experiences.
Definitely so far, the BEST aspect of my experience has been Allie. She has been straightforward, professional all with the most positive attitude and she definitely gets things DONE. My schedule has been very hectic, and have been very grateful for her patience and keeping me on track with everything to get my desired apartment.
-Great access to elevators
-Clean complex with great amenities that seem to be well kept
-Unit is beautiful, spacious patio/balcony

I lived at The Westheimer a little short of three years. First and foremost, Benny was amazing, very kind and a pleasure to deal with during my tenure there. The previous manager before the one they have now was also a pleasure. I was not too fond of the present manager. She was very standoffish and not helpful the couple of times I had to deal with her. And I believe she sabotaged my name regarding the new apartment I was moving into because of my age, race, and a letter I wrote to them about the elevators not working when it was time for me to move out. She was not accommodating at all to help

Lived here for almost 3 years. Great staff and great location. The maintenance team is reliable. I can't stress how great the staff is, the team have always gone out of their way to accommodate and help when needed. The only down side I could think of is the elevators will go out from time to time. Would highly recommended this place.

The Westheimer has been a great place to live for the past year. The staff is friendly, maintenance is timely, and the apartments truly do feel luxurious. With hardwood floors, massive closets, patio decks, and large bathrooms, it doesn't get much better than these apartments. The leasing office hosts socials each months for residents to meet, once a week work out classes, and other fun events.
The apartments are located just west of the Montrose district, filled with hip bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, thrift stores, and murals. Within just a few blocks there are plenty of grocery

Biggest pros:
-LOCATION. Walking distance to four grocery stores (Randall's, HEB, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods) and enough restaurants/bars to never get bored. Quick drive to downtown, good public transit access... especially for Houston, this is kind of as good as location gets.
-Amenities. The dog run is long and fenced in, i.e., basically like a big backyard. The lobby coffee machine is great. The gym is never crowded and (although basic) is totally functional.
Biggest cons:
-So many smells. Not sure if it's a ventilation miss (e.g., oven vent blows

I have lived at the Westheimer for over 4 years in a two bedroom unit and just got a new lease for a one bedroom! The leasing office is so nice to work with and they just found me an amazing rate for my new place. Don't trust the online prices as they are way higher than they are if you just email or call the leasing office and they will check the daily prices for you. The apartments are great quality as they are really quiet and they come to do maintenance very quickly. Parking is the best of the best - tons for you and guests and your guests can get in using the call box. I feel so safe

I love living at the Westheimer. The staff is always helpful. Maintenance is prompt as needed. It's a safe, fun, and friendly environment. They continually have events to go to just for a good time. The community continues to keep up with the building whether it's cleaning outside air ducts, re painting, replacing old rails & brackets. Overall I have only enjoyed my experience at the Westheimer. I've never had a bad experience and would suggest living her to anyone looking for a new home!

The Westheimer apartments are overrated. The price you pay for the lack of amenities and quality of luxury living isn't acceptable. The community looks nice but the elevator breaks down every other week and Maintanence request not handled quickly. I lived there for 15 months and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone because it's way over priced for the space you get.

I lived at The Westheimer for over a year and the only reason I moved out is to move into a house. BY FAR the best apartment I've ever lived in. Great location and the staff is absolutely wonderful! They make it feel like home. Great neighbors and everyone is very friendly. The service was also the best I've experienced from any apartment by a long shot. Going to miss it for sure!

I've lived at The Westheimer for 15 months and love it! So sad to be moving out. The leasing agents are all really sweet, helpful, and live on property. There is 1 maintenance man who works on the property and he responds to maintenance tickets quickly (even on the weekends). There are constantly free events/parties that take place in the lounge or club room areas so you get to know some of your neighbors and enjoy free food & drinks. The Phoenix (bar next door) comes about once a month on a Saturday morning and serves free brunch.

This apartment building really feels like home. My boyfriend and I have been here almost 5 months. The location is unbelievable and the rental rates are fair. Office staff is friendly and very professional. If you need something fixed, normally it gets done right away. The common areas are well kept and the pools sparkle. We love our kitchen with its ample counter and cabinet space. Additionally there are roomy closets and a huge walk-in bedroom closet. We have no plans to move anytime soon!

I've lived here for a little over two months now. The location is just perfect; walking distance to restaurants, fast food joints, coffee shops and grocery stores. In general the corridors and common areas are kept clean. Neighbors are friendly and quite. The parking garage is spacious. On the other hand the community can be somehow unsafe, because the gates always break down! The gym is good, but missing some basic equipment (e.g chest bench)! Clubroom and social longe are amazing but their hours are totally inconvenient. Finally the elevators are slow and very frequently not in service because

I've lived in several apartment buildings in Houston, and the Greystar community at The Westheimer has by far been the best. They're kind and hospitable, process work orders extremely rapidly, and are renovating the complex regularly. I would stay here for a long time! While it does seem that their office staff turns over at a perplexingly rapid rate, whatever training system they have in place works because I've never had a problem processing work requests, picking up packages, or any other administration issues.
